Great service and selection. All kinds of food from many Spanish speaking countries.

Very cozy place with wonderfully nice owners. They had a nice selection of hispanic items. Like another reviewers mentioned, they did not have a lot of produce or meat, mainly non-perishables. I went there on a rumor that they had some Brazilian items and I was not disappointed!! Would highly recommend. That will definitely be my first stop for anything going forward.

This is the best place for you to feel your own country in USA. I love this people and their way to do business. They have all the things you may need. It's a wonderful store!

So happy I was able to find this Spanish grocery store! Great selections and their prices were great as well. I bought various items (3 bags full and a 6 pack of Malta) and my total was $31.49!! Highly recommended this grocery store for your Spanish goods! 🇵🇷

My husband and I just discovered this little gem of a place this afternoon. I love Goya products and La Tienda’s has an abundance of selections. Their shelves are stocked with such a variety of groceries that you don’t see at most places like Food Lion or Harris Teeter. The small market feel and friendly customer service was quite appealing. I not only will recommend this store to others but will continue to shop there myself.

If you need difficult to find items from Mexico down to Argentina, this place is great. They really make the extra effort to stock the store and if they can find something you want they will pick it up on one of their supply runs. I think I discovered La Tienda about 10 years ago and have been coming here ever since. Please support small businesses like this one!

Que chulería! This place is awesome! Great customer service. All the items were fresh. Clean and neat store with most of the Latino good stuff.
Bilingual customer service. Ah! And as soon as you walk in the music is playing to better your day. Highly recommended!

I like this small Latin store, I have been going there for years and always find what I need. Traditional things to cook from my country are always there.

This has always been my place to go. Every time I need something specific for cooking, I'm go here. Even though it is a small store, they always have more than the larger "international" stores do. And the customer service is ALWAYS good. Very friendly and helpful if you have a question.

I finally found a Dominican and Puerto Rican store around here. The owner was such a nice and friendly lady. She even took down my name, number, and the item that I wanted that she did not have in stock. She will call me once it's available. I will definitively be going back.

Hopefully I was successful in trying to erase my misdirected review as I no longer see it. I am unsure as to how my posting found its way onto the site of your La Tienda restaurant in Virginia Beach and not the La Tienda store in Williamsburg in the first place. Regardless, I take responsibility for my apparent carelessness and extend my sincere apologies for the oversight. I also very much regret that you had to take the time to post your rather lengthy clarification post as well. Again, my apologies to you and your establishment!

I was able to find all my favorite Brazilian snacks. Chocolates, catupiry, requeijão, bolachas. The people there were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back!

They have everything!! They had El Milagro which I can only find at home in Chicago 🥺

I love this store because despite of being small, it packs a great variety of Latin products and more, Dominican salami, longaniza, chorizo and that red ball cheese that is hard to find around here, prices are no bad at all. Thanks and keep it up

I love going here. Reminds me of bodegas back home in Massachusetts. Only place I can buy homemade sofrito. I want to try the frozen homemade pasteles, alcapurrias, and empanadillas. They have stuff you can't always find elsewhere like root vegetables (verdura) and medium grain rice. Great selection of Goya products, and other traditional Spanish food products as well as hygiene, cleaning, and even spiritual healing items. Everything in this store brings me back to living with my Nana and special items my family sends straight from the island. If you need something Puerto Rican, it's here.

What country in Latin America are you from? It doesn't matter....La Tienda has your food!!! The best!!! I'm from Argentina and I find everything I crave for.
