Very good hotel. Close to Virginia Beach and beds were comfy. Nice room with big refrigerator and microwave. Hot shower!

15-30 min walk to a lot of the nice spots around town, clean room it seems. Really nice pool.

Close to everything, great strong AC for those hot summer days, & a pool. Couldn’t beat the price honestly. Underrated.

My sons and I stay here multiple times a year because we are always at the convention center or sports complex for tournaments. Because of this place I have saved THOUSANDS of dollars not having to stay at the whacky priced hotels on the strip. This place is always clean, people are always friendly , and it’s super convenient for us because it’s right next to convention center but still walking distance to the beach and oceanfront area of Va Beach. Rooms are FINE! No complaints here.

I've been staying here over a month. I see numerous other customers staying long term as well. The rooms are well maintained and kept. I speak with both the owners daily. They care about thier customers and are very friendly. It is only 3 minutes from the beach and that is nice. Been staying here while relocating for a job. Tried other extended stays. Horrible experience! This place respects me and makes me feel very welcome. 🙂

This is a hotel located slightly back from the beach, but it is walkable. There were a couple of cockroaches spotted in the room. The room was very clean anyway and the staff was friendly. It is not a luxury hotel but good if you're on a budget.

I’m a Traveling CNA and I had no issues whatsoever. Even being peak season, the noise was truly never outrageous or even passed midnight. I was there for almost 2 months and I can honestly say, it was a great choice. Everyone was so very friendly and I would definitely recommend you staying here. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad either. So many things to do and see, I’ll definitely be back 🤩🤩

This is a great hotel. The service was above and beyond. The owner was terrific in helping me set up my two rooms. They allowed us a late check out. The pool was very nice and very relaxing. Rooms are very clean. Everything is functioning and in order in room. Easy smoking by stepping right outside my door. All around it was a Very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. You can swim and watch the navy jets run drills. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOTEL so if you want to party expect repercussions. It is a family facility and I like that!

Always a pleasant stay. Can't be the rates! Quiet...clean and safe.

My Wife and I stayed here for new years 2017. Our room was very clean The heater worked very well and the water was very hot, always a plus. The staff was very friendly. Parking was very good unlike the hotels right on the beach that you have to make a 20 point turn to get out of your space. The location is close enough to the beach that we could walk there had we wanted to but driving is a little better unless your in shape. I plan to come back here again.

Excellent experience. Very nice newly renovated rooms that were extremely comfortable and clean. Attentive, warm, and friendly staff and general manager. I stayed a couple of nights alone as I was there for a conference next door and my husband had to go home a couple of nights, and it was very safe and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed so much, we extended a night. Highly recommend this hotel and will say I can't imagine why this hotel doesn't have more excellent reviews. I will be staying again, great job at making me feel at home.

I read alot of reviews before coming here and I was worried to say the least! As I checked in they were cleaning the lobby , people at the desk were super friendly . Get to the room, very clean even smelled like cleaning solution which is ok to me I knew it was def clean . They cleaned our room everyday . Pool was open and was relaxing . I was very surprised with the stay . It's not a high class hotel by any means it's what I was hoping for . TV had a lot of channels too . U get what u pay for if u wanna pay $90 don't except a ritz Carlton experience . I would stay here again

I checked in earlier than I should have(suppose to be at 3pm) they took me in way earlier(so kind and nice of them to do so). Got my room ready real fast, they were amazing kind people. The room was nice, soft beds, lots of towels to use. Great overall 💯

Enjoyed staying here! Not too far from the beach but far enough to avoid all the traffic. Could easily still walk to the beach! Nice man at the front desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Provided amenities we needed. It always felt so great walking into the AC after being in the hot sun 🌞

The owners are very polite. Reccomend for people in the 20-30 year old range because of the atmosphere. Lots of international visitors, so a definite stay destination if you're from out of the states. Perfect for young families on a first vacation. There is a pool and the staff were accommodating for extra blankets. Dogs are allowed for only $25 extra. All and all very nice affordable stay.

Nice hotel with all the basics! We enjoyed the walk to the beach, though it was around a mile, so maybe not good for some kids. My 8 year old only complained when we walked past McDonald's without stopping lol...you have been warned! The best part, pet friendly for a small charge and they gave our beloved puppers a couple treats upon arrival! I know it seems like a little thing, but their lotion by Geminai was amazing...I mean amazing!! Just what my skin needed after a day at the beach! They could really use a day to deep clean paintings, fixtures and such, must have a smoking room to have a pet and out conjoining rooms didn't have room to room access...maybe because we were in the smoking/pet rooms.

Andrew the evening Customer service Representative was awesome made us fresh coffee at 11pm we had drove 20 hours for a funeral and he brought us extra pillows and even asked us if we needed anymore coffee. The room was clean the bed was comfortable.

Not sure if he’s the general manager or owner but he is extremely kind and helpful. A lot of privately owned hotels don’t really care about customers it’s just about the next buck. I also lost my wallet and him and other staff kept it at the front for me and looked for it. Thanks for the A-1 customer service.

Was beautiful, had clean restrooms with baby changing tables. Huge space. Friendly staff. Overflow parking had a bus to take me to the front door so I didn't have to walk across any streets. Great place.
