The staff @ this locale, always takes care of me. Seriously, no reason to write a bad review.. just speak up, use your words and they will make it right, right then and there. & Always be kind, it is returned 10 fold.

Very friendly staff… even having to work the day after Thanksgiving… everyone smiled… chatted… joked… good vibes

And the frosty cold brew… omfg best thing ever

I ordered the Cesar salad and it had plenty of dark green lettuce in it. The grilled chicken was cooked just right. They even had some cute little cheese crispers that went along with it. The service was polite and friendly. Clean was what the whole restaurant was.

My husband and I used to enjoy Wendy's the french fries were very hot no salt I don't know what happened but the food is cold when we get it Verizon's cold and they don't have enough help I am very disappointed because this was our favorite little Hangout

The tall gentleman, named Will, who works there at night is exactly what every business needs. He is kind, polite, and courteous. If you can remember "customer service" back in the 80s and 90s.. he's it. My food was fresh, fast, and enjoyable. He makes this place shine. Give him a raise!

Customer service was outstanding at 3601 W Hillsborough Ave in Tampa FL! We definitely need more of that. Thank you Baby for going above and beyond expectations!

I always enjoy Wendy's hamburgers and the Frostys. This visit we were going to use the drive through but it was moving slow

I came to this place and it was a lady that did have to treat the employees with that actitud like I said u have to be nice to the employees and respectful to them because is not their fault of what is going on and second of all is a drive line that they have to give orders to pls stop billing or treating them like that be more patient with the employees because they doing the fast and the best to give u the order and 3 of all they are not robots they have a heart they have feelings and they get tired #benice #becain they are nice employees they treat me so nice and sweet

This place opened right after hurricane Ian passed thru. While everyone was recovering from the storm, they showed up for work and served the community while everywhere else was closed.

This place was good. They have the modern Coke machine with all the options. The service was efficient. There were no problems with my order. The food was good.

This is the fastest Wendy's I have ever been to. I've never had a problem with my order and the food is always fresh and hot.

I'm so happy u now can go in and order food to go. The employees are keeping safe and social distancing. Very clean and fast

I am in love with Wendy's Biggie Bag. There is a double cheeseburger with bacon, four chicken nuggets, french fries and a drink for $5. Wendy's does it right. Oh a small Frosty is 50 cents for a limited time.

I just went here for breakfast this morning for the first time and the service was outstanding the food was amazing and fresh I highly recommend the honey butter chicken bacon croissant. Keep up the great work!
