Residence Inn by Marriott Virginia Beach Town Center

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks while our house was being renovated and it was fantastic! The staff was more than accommodating, the breakfast was always great, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, especially the facilities staff! The cleaning staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was spotless everyday unless I told them we didn't need service. The place is pet friendly with several outdoor designated pet areas. Military came and went, along with government contractors and construction workers over the weeks. The back patio had a nice grill that people used and a fire pit. The only challenge was the parking lot doesn't have security, but they do have cameras. Several evenings while walking my dog, just a bit sketchy stuff out in the parking lot. One morning my car window had clear hand prints, that you could see from the pollen, where someone was looking in my car. I brought this car incident to staffs attention. Other than that I felt safe but they need to get a handle on the parking lot so it stays safe.

Perfect place to stay. From Keith, the General Manager to the front desk people to the folks that brought us extra pillows. So friendly and helpful. We could not have been happier with our stay, and our time here this weekend. Clean comfortable rooms, great shower. The had planets of space. Fast WIFI, breakfast was just right. The Residence Inn is very convenient for all the soccer tournaments and family events we go to when we come down here, make no mistake when we return to Virginia Beach and the Tidewater area will be staying here. Thank you.

Stayed here for over a month and have nothing but great things to stay. The room was fantastic, the staff was always lovely and the gym was perfect for my needs. Free laundry and parking. 5 stars all around

Nice rooms. Great staff. The breakfast was above average for a hotel. Items were kept stocked until the end of the time. There was some variety from day to day.
The room on the inside was very quiet, even though we were near the elevator and the hotel was sold out some nights. My only complaint was that we were on the street side and at night the street noise could be disturbing

Excellent customer service from front desk. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Normally, breakfast is great; however, the turkey sausage was not cooked properly.

Highly recommended. Every step was spot on from check in to check out. Rooms are laid out and perfect for an extended stay.

I am currently staying here, have 2 days left of my stay! Usually we stay water front but we decided to do something different and this hotel has not disappointed! This will be our forever VA Beach hotel. Conveniently located with in 15 mins of everything you could want/need. The staff are so nice, kind and fun! The entire hotel is nice and clean! Just amazing can't say enough

On our stay this time we must say that The Residence Inn by Marriott in Virginia beach Virginia is the best hotel to stay at while in Virginia, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is hot and plenty of choices. The location is great due to its proximity to anything and everything, the outside area with the firepit is spacious and very comfortable. We will continue to stay here while visiting Virginia, great place all around!

But TIM the Building engineer, is certainly the epitome of TOP Tier customer service. He is so warm, helpful, and has such great positive energy. He even helped us with things that had nothing to do with our stay, just to make our kids happy.

He kept the pool warm, and clean and even tried to help us blow up our pool ball.

The building is clean, beautiful, and smells delightful.

Alexis and Sierra battle for sweetest Front desk staff. Dean oozes professionalism. Josh was always so timely with my towels. I love it here.

I enjoyed my time here. We stayed 14 nights and It was fairly inexpensive. I enjoyed having the opportunity to close the bedroom door and get away from my kids for 30 mins or so. The staff was extremely friendly. Sierra at the front desk was awesome! She always greeted everyone with a great smile and would have friendly conversations. Im pretty sure she knew and loved up every dog that came through the door. I would recommend this place.

After traveling for hours, we originally reserved a room at another hotel that unfortunately was not clean or safe to stay at for my family unbeknownstto us. Without knowledge of the area, after a quick search online, I contacted the Residence Inn Marriott in Towne Center, spoke to Sierra and she was our savior. She was compassionate, understanding and made our check-in extremely smooth and stress free. We were also traveling with our family dog and they accepted her with open arms. The location was absolutely perfect especially for convenience, the room was immaculate, so clean, and the amenities were more than we expected. We will definitely be staying here in the future as well as refer this location to our family and friends. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay that much better.

Stayed here after our apartment had fire damage. The staff is amazing, the rooms are huge, the breakfast was yummy, and the area is nice. The room feels more like an apartment and the bathroom is beautiful. If you need noise like a fan to sleep be sure to bring a noise maker, it’s silent in the room.

This is a great property with friendly staff. The hotel seems relatively new and is in great shape. There is street construction in front of the hotel though it seems to be a short-term project. Advise asking for a room facing the parking lot if it’s still going on. Room was well appointed with a full kitchen and nice furnishings. Breakfast was standard for this level of hotel and is just average. Overall a great property and we would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here with our one year old for almost three months!
We relocated from Israel and this has been our home while searching for a place to move into.
I can literally call this place HOME. The staff became our family. Super super friendly and helpful around the clock.
The room was spacious and immaculately cleaned every day! The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast, parking was all very convenient and well designed.
And on a personal note… Thank you to the phenomenal staff that made our son feel at home, made the relocation easier for us and helped us adjust in this huge transition. I wish I could take you all with me ❤

Nice sweet staff, hotel has a inside pool, grill outside, fire pit, and gym. You can even read a book downstairs late at night. It's a peaceful enviroment and breakfast is fresh in the am.

I don’t ever write reviews but this place needed one. They were beyond amazing. The staff were all super nice. They Treated you like family and made you always feel welcome. I did have an issue with my room however they fixed it immediately. The room was clean. The breakfast was amazing. They had cocktails on some nights. Just a great stay over all. I was there for 3 weeks. I would choose to stay here every time I go back to Virginia. So thank you for making my vacation that much better.

Stayed here the weekend of Christmas and as soon as you walk in you can already smell that clean scent. Shout out to the front desk staff Sierra, Mary and Airey they are the absolute best!! We will definitely come back and stay here again!
