Audrey and the Staff made this the most wonderful experience a family could ever ask for Mrs. Audrey felt like family she helped my Brother I ever step of the way even though we were grieving our Loss I’ll never forget how wonderful our Father looked he was definitely sent home like no other everything was carried out so well. Mrs. Audrey we Thank you and the staff so much for making our celebration of life for our father an amazing experience, that will still in hearts and memories forever.

My experience using the services of Pasco Gainer Funeral Home was very pleasant. My brother passed away unexpectedly, he had lived a full life and after eighty-four years God called him home. The family began the task of preparing for his final disposition. There was no preneed package in place. My brother had the finances such that arrangements could be made. We reviewed a number of options, the service we used was a little different. My brother lived in Jacksonville, Pasco Gainer Funeral Home is in Panama City. That’s 265 miles away! After a video call with Pasco Gainer staff, we understood how their experience, resources and dedication to the family’s need would be an asset for us.
Our original thoughts were direct cremation, family retains ashes. This is where the professional caring of Pasco Gainer comes in. They explained to us that they could make these arrangements. My brother was a Veteran, loved both Jazz and Professional football and believed in a higher power. Pasco Gainer helped the family understand all benefits available to our deceased loved one. As the family’s plan changed Pasco Gainer Funeral Home advised us.
We were offered the use of my brother’s church home to conduct a service, when during the pandemic many churches were restricting services. The minister was upbeat in supporting a church member and his family. The family planned a service filled with music, tributes from family and friends and a video presentation. The service took place on a weekday! There was no choir nor musicians, just a room of believers and technology (for music, photos and video). As we explained our desires for the program, bookmarks and urn Pasco Gainer provided options for us at different price points. This helped the family stay on track with the balance of honoring our loved one and creating undue expense. Then Pasco Gainer found a true artist who took our words and photos and developed a most beautiful program and bookmarks. Pasco Gainer helped us select an urn with markings for his branch of service and that allowed engraving. We were able to record the Remembering his Life service and place it on the cloud for family and friends to view that could not attend the service.
Due to my brother’s service to this country, he was able to obtain a final place of rest in the National Cemetery in Jacksonville. Pasco Gainer Funeral Home helped us understand our benefits and our rights! After the service the family took our loved one on his last ride, in our vehicle with the sunroof open, jazz music playing; while the conversation was about the experiences we shared. That’s what a really great funeral home does, is take your dream add their talent, leaving you happy and proud in what could be a sad moment in time. Thank you, Pasco Gainer Funeral Home! We appreciate you all for making our beloved Mom’s funeral as memorable as the life that she lived. The anointed singers of your funeral parlor showed up and showed out as they gloriously sang acappella style “I Shall Wear A Crown” at our mother’s homegoing service. We are forever thankful for your having given this very special tribute to our Mom (Clara Mae McGee). The timing was perfect as Damien assisted our younger brother, Roosevelt Jr., in the “crowning” of our Mom; being it was the last glimpse that we’d see her. Damien used perfect stance and cadence, unhurriedly, and attentively removed our mother’s hat and prepped her hair prior to Roosevelt Jr. placing the lovely crown on her head. It was done very carefully in a dignified manner giving our beloved Mom honor and respect befitting of the Queen she is. Most folks think it was one of the highest attributes of her funeral even though we know that your beautiful presentation of her in her last state cannot be matched. God bless your funeral business and the whole team at Pasco Gainer Sr. Funeral Home. We definitely will recommend others to your funeral home in their time of need.

I appreciated everything they did for my dads funeral. It wuz amazing he would have loved it. They did a florida state seminoles theme and it was really nice and they were wearing fsu hats. My dad and my family are huge fsu fans so we were so happy with everything. Everyone evolved was so professional and nice. Thank u so much for everything.

I would like to publicly thank Pasco Gainer Sr. Funeral Home for the services they provided for our love one Ms. Jerlene Pinkard. The facility was immaculate inside and outside. Spacious, warm and clean. The displays were second to none. My aunt was definitely a "church lady" and the staff meticulously displayed many of her church hats. This was such a heartwarming gesture. The staff - oh my God. The staff was professional, and down to earth at the same time. From the first phone call, they were right by our sides. This is truly a 5-⭐ organization. I highly recommended them for your funeral needs.
