Cold Stone Creamery

My kids love coming to this Cold Stone location. Did not take long to place and receive their ice cream orders. Also, they were delicious. The place was also very clean and this place definitely attracts alot of people because of the location and near the Walmart shopping center. The only thing I would say is that ice cream should not be this expensive. We could have easily went and bought ice cream elsewhere for 2 to 3 bucks. Cannot complain though, extra condiments do attract kids. So, occasionally I guess its okay to treat kiddos. They deserve it. 😀

I'm in love with Cold Stone. Always had good experiences as well as great ice cream. If I'm wanting a quick stop, I normally go to dairy Queen for a higher-quality ice cream this is definitely the place. My go-to is normally apple pie a la. Omg, this ice cream specialty is so delicious. If you're a cinnamon type of human, then definitely try this out. I even like to stop by in the winter months.

Also, I ordered a cake batter ice cream cake for my daughter and it was freaking ADORABLE. I can't express how happy I am with the end result. She was super stoked when we brought it home. 🎂🧁

Ordered two cakes online, didn't have to do any additional work. It was ready when it was supposed to be! They were pretty & delicious.

Had no sugar vanilla and I added peanut butter and it was excellent all things considered. Then my family got 2 chocolate and they said it was some of the best that they'd ever had. Reasonably priced and good service.

After I waited in line for almost an hour the girls behind the glass all stayed awesome and smiling the entire time. There were people leaving and saying stuff about the line. Being under staffed was none of their faults. Ice cream was AMAZING. ( got that bday cake remiX in the massive size. Thank you again

Great customer service and I keep it simple vanilla with fudge the like it size is plenty for me.

Unfortunately my mother forgot to get the young girls name who decorated my son's cake yesterday. She saved us BIG time and we are so so thankful to you. You made my son so incredibly happy with your dinosaur drawings. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You are a God send! Great! I love Cold Stone Creamery! I am not one who will try new things,especially if I have something that I really like. The options are many but I always end up with my favorite Banana Caramel crunch. No bananas, just banana ice cream,Caramel and plenty of roasted almonds. To me it is the best.

The best I've cream in the planet with tons of add on's! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Slightly expensive (about $7 for loved it or medium) but we'll worth it!

My name is TJ Kragt and I called the store today (7/26) to order a custom ice cream cake and Sarah answered the phone. She was VERY helpful and polite. She made the cake ordering process a breeze and explained the whole process thoroughly. I say give this girl a RAISE! Just wanted to post that so maybe the owner sees this!

I recently found this cold stone it’s tucked away so you wouldn’t notice driving by. I must say the customer service is exceptional. Honestly a great group of teenagers. Very polite and friendly.. so far I’ve visited 4 times and the staff has been different each time and I still received excellent customer service.. Janiah, Aryan, Keanu, and Addison you guys all rock!!!

Took my adult kids and they had not been since they were in Middle school. They loved it just as much! Great experience, friendly staff and lots to choose from

Ice cream was great as usual. Tried a smoothie. Also great. Employees were happy and efficient.

I believe this is one of the best coldstones I’ve seen, they are like a family and I understand working in food is difficult because I’ve had work in food and I believe they deserve more credit than people have been giving them. People don’t give these kids enough credit, they are actually young and these kids are learning for the future. I don’t care if others have experienced differently, it may have not been these kids faults, they try their best and people make mistakes. And I want whoever the boss is to tell all their workers about this review and I really hope you do tell them Winnie. They are always super nice to me and I hope this makes them feel like they are doing good and this is a acknowledgment of their work.

Ok! Ok! I am late but this place is SO GOOD! I get the Love It with Fudge Brownie Batter, Strawberries with some of the juice, dab of Caramel in a Waffle Cone Bowl! YUMMMMMMMMM YUMMMMMMM

When we visited everyone was in training but there were signs to let us know this/what to expect. The trainees did a good job as the line got long when we came in. They were patient with each customer and worked quickly. The ice cream was delicious for what we finally decided on. We will definitely return soon!

Great ice cream and overall service! However, when I tipped one employee (who I noticed wore a damp shirt) she did not sing for me as per company policy. Also there were four sprinkles in my ice cream (2 pink, 1 green, 1 purple) but I still really enjoyed the entire experience! EDIT: SHE SANG!!! I loved the ice cream and the fun and festive atmosphere!

Place is delicious! I had the coffee lovers & my boyfriend had the peanut butter one. To whoever said that they add to much peanut butter, you’re no fun. More peanut butter = more fun! Keep up the great work guys. The young man who helped us was very nice. I wish I caught his name. Longer hair & it was dark. Made some bomb ice cream with lots of peanut butter. Cool people appreciate peanut butter.
