Seashire Inn & Suites

My family has stayed here on several occasions, and every stay is an at home feeling. The husband and wife team that run this property are absolutely amazing making sure everything is perfect for your vacation and your temporary home away from home. The rooms are very spacious and are always very clean. Overall the property is great! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants that home away from home feeling while enjoying your beach experience and vacation. Amanda Schultz

I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that’s coming down to visit or just looking for a good hotel on the oceanfront. The rooms are always clean. Their customer service is amazing they always make sure that you have everything that you need. Whenever we have any issues in our room and we call to report the problem their at our door right away and fixes the problem right away. I applaud the husband and wife in the office for doing such a great job at what they do. They most definitely will make you feel at home their good sweet and understanding people. If I could give them 10 stars I would.😊

I've stayed here many times. I feel comfortable and very much at home here. I stayed before and after renovations were done and the owners could charge way more now that the place is so much nicer than before, but they don't. I think that's awesome. I look forward to staying here again when I visit the beach next week.

Perfect location on Pacific Ave. Walking distance to Oceanfront and beach shops, as well as a 711 just steps away. Management is AMAZING! The rooms are newly updated and very well kept. The suites are set up like a one bedroom apartment with a pull-out couch in the living room area. The kitchen area has a full size fridge with a cook top and granite counter tops. Bathrooms are beautiful and have amazing water pressure. Not to mention they have a dock that overlooks a beautiful lake for fishing!!!

This place was very comfortable! I would definitely come back and will be back! The rooms are nice and spacious. The owners make you feel right at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend staying here, the rooms are very clean . The suites and very updated and feels like home away from home. The management is extremely nice and helpful. You can also enjoy the sunrise looking over a lake on the back deck in the morning.

I think it's a good hotel they've done nothing but do their best to keep me happy. It's not an easy job to run a hotel and the staff works very hard.They replaced even the pad underneath the sheets and the blanket not just the sheets , swept and mopped, pleasant people to work with.

Last minute my cousin as I changed hotels and ended up here. It was a great decision for us. The owners were so accommodating, and always willing to help. We booked the last room and arrived with a huge van. They found a parking spot for us at 12am and made sure to get us settled quickly.
The rooms were clean, the beds have great protectors on them, NO BUGS! Which is always great! So close to the beach. Also there is a 7-11 right beside them which is great for morning coffee! The refrigerator kept things very cold too. They have modern plugs for phone chargers and overall we had a great experience! Thank you

I have been staying here temporarily with my small children. The owner and his wife have made this situation pleasant. For the price, and location you can't go wrong!

Everything about this hotel was great. Upon arrival, it was around noon and our rooms were not going to be ready until 4pm. Sandy and his wife welcomed my fiancé and I in with our 2-month-old baby into their home. It was near 100 degrees outside and they were so worried about our baby getting over heated. They were able to get our room cleaned first so we could get in there asap. They were so accommodating.

Good location, lowest price, owner was very accommodating allowing me to leave my car parked after check-out so I could walk around the beach boardwalk. Bathroom mirrors looked nicely renovated. He also helped me find parking at midnight when lot was full. Lake view was nice. Walking distance to beach as well. My only complaint would be the beds were loud like filing cabinets when you moved around on them

The man and his wife that run the hotel are truly amazing. They are so sweet, go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very clean with alot of room. I was worried from some of the reviews but I am not at all disappointed in my stay. Nothing was wrong. It was quiet, comfortable, CLEAN, and safe. Definitely will stay again

We have been here earlier with our godkids and they wanted to stay again, because we enjoy sitting by the lake out back in the morning and having pizza on the deck at night, as well as using the nice pool and quick walks to the beach, amusement park, arcade and restaurants. This is a well-run family business and they are friendly, helpful and making improvements all the time. The owner gave us advice about the nearby Va Aquarium's Dolphin Watch Boat which helped make that a big hit! After all the activities during our four-day stay, our tired old bodies slept well on the comfy beds at the Seashire. Made great memories here.

The staff (Sandy and his wife) were super nice! Very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were quiet and comfortable facing the lake view which was nice. Check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect for the location and fishing. The staff was very accommodating and always there to help. My boys fished off the pier as soon they got up and til 3 in the morning. 7-11 was a very short walk.

Great front desk and help out when you need something done are ac broke and they got us a brand new one for the heat to great great people

REVIEW FROM 08/2023: my fiance and I just adore this place! ❤ the staff is amazing! Housekeeping (Jessica and her husband) were more than helpful, they attended to all of our needs (I'm disabled with a service animal) and she was just incredibly kind and helpful! And the rooms are so quaint and ours faced the inlet so we got to see all the geese and ducks and my favorite the cute turtles!!! It's a block away from the beach and I would recommend staying here over paying the big bucks to be right on the beach! It's such a cute little hotel and they keep it up so well!! It's very clean and quiet! 5 stars 🌟 all the way around and we will be staying here for our next visit!! Thanks staff and Jessica for everything!!

REVIEW FROM 2020: Quiet, cute, cheap place to stay!!! We had a room facing the cove and it was beautiful!! Only a block away from the beach and the beds were very comfortable!! Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean.

A beautiful trip to Virginia Beach. We select this place to stay 3 nights, let me tell you...... Do not expect to be treated like a King. This is a motel with 2 stars and many people complaining about the service or the place..... This is one of the cheapest and very close to the beach A+ on top of all.... You are not coming to the beach to stay in the hotel with servers blowing air on your face for us.... The front desk ... Hmmmm we get for what we pay. The pool..... Not clean. But because special people that matters..... It is drinking and smoking and no body checks around. The bathroom shower curtain....... Cool of mold ..... The TV. With a crack on The screen. The mini fridge was worm the room was more cold :-)
Just visit enjoy the beach and use this place to pass the night in a safe way

Surprisingly a really nice place to stay. There's rooms in the back facing the lake and these rooms have a beautiful view of the lake, with ducks and beautiful sunsets.
