Came yesterday afternoon looking for some gentle skin products. The associate who assisted me was super helpful and a good listener. She gave me good reccomendations within my budget. I didn't catch her name, but she was a lovely short African American woman with very nice makeup. I give her 5 stars

Luciana is absolutely fabulous! I can’t say how much of a privilege it was to meet her and get her advice/help. She walked me through multiple products and their use and all with a smile on her face and a joke ready to go. After having a baby I have a bit of social anxiety but with her the shopping process was an absolute breeze. Thank you so much for your help and guidance and for actually seeming to care about what I go through. It meant more than you know! Xo!

My cashier, Sebastiana was amazing!! She saved me a bunch of money by telling me how many reward points I had. (No one has ever told me that before) She was so kind too. Definitely loves her job and is a hard worker!! Thank you again Sebastiana!!!

I visited this store on Christmas Eve and despite it being very busy I received wonderful customer service. Tisha went out of her way to help me find a perfect blush for a gift and her advice was greatly appreciated! Great experience.

Tracy is amazing. I’ve searched high and low for a matching foundation and I’m new to makeup. She told me all the ends and outs and single handedly picked the right colors off rip perioddddd I’ll come to her each time

Yakima had the best customer service when doing my hair. Professional and easy to talk to. The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience with Rebecca at the brow bar. She did an amazing job waxing and styling my brows. I wasn’t really sure what to do with them as I was growing them out and they needed a major overhaul. She shaped them in such a beautiful and natural way. They look perfect. She was swift but thorough. You can book an appointment on Ulta’s website. You’ll feel like a million bucks when you leave! Highly recommend.

i had to return and reorder an item and the girl at the check out counter was so patient and helpful. i felt bad i was taking up so much of her time cause the line was backing up but she didn’t make me feel bad or rushed. i even had to go back out to my car to get my card and she didn’t have an attitude or nothing. i loved it. awesome customer service.

Just had my first and best experience at this place!! Had to run up and grab some products for a friend and everything was so organized and couldn't help but realize how friendly everyone was!! As soon as I stepped foot in that place I was instantly greeted by Odessa and she gladly helped me out with what I was looking for!! Definitely set a great vibe and made me feel comfortable with what I was looking for!! Her coworkers have it made!!!

Today was my first visit to Ulta and most likely will not be my last! I came in looking for a hard to find cosmetic and once I located it, I had trouble finding the best shade for my skin tone. Kayla was a huge help at matching up the best shade for me and even discussed the shade differences and when to change if needed. Got home, and the make up was a perfect match!

I had a great experience in this store yesterday. I’ve shopped at Sephora my entire life and just never had gone into Ulta before (except for a Pittsburgh location about 20 years ago) and at Sephora I always was left feeling like the employees are snooty and stuck up. Like a hot mess (I was there to get something before I got ready) and was thinking I would get the same judgment that I do at Sephora when I come in before I’m ready for the day and NOPE all the employees were super friendly, nice and helpful! I’m divorcing Sephora forever, Ulta is SO much better in every way.

I would highly recommend talking to Odessa about makeup advice! She knows everything and she’ll help guide you in the right direction. She has a great personality, is very helpful, super friendly, and her service is excellent. Odessa will make your day even better with the positive energy she gives off. I will be returning because with the excellent service, experience, and guidance I’ve been provided!

My experience at the MAC counter was really good! Ashley helped me a tone and made it easier with having 2 kids with me. She gave me the best advice on what would look good on me and what she would recommend if I care back to buy some more products. She also gave me her card and to text her anytime if I have questions about my products or if I need tips on how to apply/tools. Thank you so much Ashley!!! 💜💄

When I went to the store items that I came for wasn't available and out of stock. The store employee was very helpful and asked did I want to have the items shipped to my home. That was smart thinking, and convenient for me versus heading to another ulta location or another store to purchase what I needed. The items was ordered yesterday and today I already received tracking information for ETA. Thanks Ulta for providing great customer service. It's hard to find great customer service nowadays, so I'm really excited when I receive great service 💞 Also usually Ulta never really made that option of shipping to home so readily available. If something wasn't in stock they would send me to another Ulta store, or tell me to check back Thursday when the truck arrives. Thanks for keeping up with the competitors as well.

WOW. Came in for new foundation but was not sure what product would be best. Eric immediately offered assistance and was so, so helpful asking questions to identify the right product, lots of advice on best application. He was so personable, SO knowledgeable I ended up asking his recommendation for other products as well and am SO HAPPY with them!! THANK YOU ERIC! EVERY Ulta, well every retail store, needs someone as experienced and fantastic in customer service as him.

Don't know anything about makeup, but I know good customer service, which is exactly what I experienced here! There was a young lady who helped my wife with some skin care products and I was extraordinarily impressed with the care she took with us, despite the fact that we were not buying any of the products she was presenting. I was in the sales industry for a number of years and I know how disheartening that can be, but she did not flinch; she soldiered on. My wife WILL be back to purchase from location on the strength of this woman's salesmanship and customer service!
