Have been going here for years went there on Monday I’m a licensed cosmetologist and had no option but to go buy last min product and Sally’s was the last place open . When I got in I asked the employee what products she recommended she rolled her eyes and asked what for then as I proceeded to tell her I’m a hairstylist and what I was doing she then said “well you’re the hair stylist shouldn’t you know” and then went back to her phone . When I asked for her name because she had her name flipped around she refused to give it to me . I went back yesterday to return what wasn’t used and met the manager NICEST PERSON IVE SEEN WORK THERE. She instantly apologized for the behavior offered any help she could give if it wasn’t for that manger I wouldn’t go back . Hopefully she can get the help she needs with employees .

Today, 5/3/23, at 10:45am Sallys, the Avenues in Viera, FL employee was EXTREMELY proffessional, knowledgeable and patient. She directed me to hair products to help my situation. For the first time in several months I finally have the hair color I desired. THANK YOU!!!

I came in a few days ago to get my daughter some temporary hair dye. I’ve never dyed hair on a tiny human so I needed some assistance on something that would not keep her hair hot pink. One associate suggested I used the dye that immediately washes out but I was stressing how I needed It to last through the shower. After some back and fourth an associate I’ve never seen before (I frequent this store) came out and offered ample assistance and helped me grab the right kind! I now have an extremely happy kiddo, and I will drive down from mims every single time just to get the customer service I received, I forgot her name but she said she was the store manager. I think It started with a V, so if you have any girlies there that start with a V they should all get a raise! Lol.

I came in with no idea what i was looking for and vivian was so kind and super helpful she took the time to listen to my needs and explain things and give me all the help i needed! We need more employees like her she goes above and beyond to really help customers!

This is kind of a small location but that isn't a problem for me. The lady that helped me was amazing! She had pink hair (When I remember her name I will update this) She helped me the last 2 times that I did something to my hair. She gave me great advice on which products she likes and should work for what I am wanting to use them for. I showed her a picture of the last one that I did and she liked it, which was a black base and raspberry ombre. The next thing I am doing is a black base and silver ombre. She was very sweet and honest and I hope that the next time I go in she will be the one helping me again.
I will keep coming back to this location because of her!

I came in yesterday lost not knowing what i was doing trying to get supplies for my girl, the manager, vivian was very helpful and explain and guided me on everything! Thank you made my life so much easier!

Love this store - everyone that works there is very helpful & nice and they've always had what I needed in stock!

The store had everything we needed an the employees were both helpful and kind.
