Dunkin'

came in on Wednesday the 14 feb at 4 o’clock to pick up my mobile order, One woman was running the entire place by herself and doing a fantastic job keeping up, I commend her on AUTO fantastic job. She was doing and keeping her calm with a full drive-through line and people at the counter, she definitely deserves a raise and some great praise for what a great job She was doing managing the whole place by herself...

Usually have a great experience but to not so much an item was wrong and when I said something they went taked to the manger came back as for the hash browns back then came back to me and gave me the loaded hash browns what is what I ordered but u can clearly tell that it was the same hash brown that I gave back dumped into a cup with cheese and bacon they also was cold when I first got them and the reason y my order was wrong in the first place was that they did not hear me though the speaker in the drive through I did not have my radio on nor was my 3year old making any noise and my car is quite. Do to food and safely laws ones the food has be pass to customer through the drive through it can not be taken back

This is a very very popular place to get a fresh donut and a cup of coffee. Lines around the building can be long at times, but worth the wait for a delicious donut with sprinkles.

I have to compare everything to what I experienced in Florida. I had been to every Dunkin in a 30 mile radius in FL and this location topped ALL of them. Super friendly staff, drinks were so well made, very quick service. So happy this location is right next to my new home!

I went here three times over this past holiday weekend. I ordered twice at the drive-thru, and once through the mobile app. Food and iced coffee were tasty and consistent in preparation.

I went there group of 4. Manager Steve was excellent. He knows how to manage hands on, a true multitasker. Great service and great customer care. I wish he were at my home town location.

Strawberry was very kind and friendly. Service was impeccable. Coffee, cappuccino and the donuts were all very fresh. It was a pleasure experience. 😁

The drive thru was quick and convenient. Order was correct and the food was fresh.

We used the drive-thru. The speaker worked well so ordering was easy. The employees were very patient and friendly, and took the time to make sure our order was correct. I ordered milk for my son and instead of getting one of those small cartons most fast food places give out, we got a nice sized bottle with a lid. The donuts we ordered were tasty, and we got everything we asked for. The coffee drinks we ordered were awesome and also made correctly. Great service and friendly staff at this location!

Ariel wowed me today with his excellent customer service. This young man is polite, professional, friendly, and kind. You are fortunate to have him on staff. I came in for Veteran's Day, and truly felt that he did honor veterans by the way I was treated. I feel we who live here are lucky to have a Dunkin Donuts to frequent that have staff such as Ariel.

when we got there the line was almost out the door, but moved very quickly- there were like 7 staff members all working and i’ve never seen a dunkin staffed so well. order was taken with no problem, then prepared very quickly and very well. i’ve never had a dunkin coffee that tasted this good, and my sandwich wasn’t falling apart like it always seems to when i order.

Great coffee. Fast service. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee while driving to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the donuts.

Understaffed, overwhelmed, but did an amazing job with our large order. Very courteous and apologetic. Order was spot on ! Thank you for for not stressing out and just doing your best. Your customers understood and had no problem waiting a few extra minutes.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich, sausage egg, and cheese on a plain bagel, not toasted. And a plain bagel with cream cheese. What I received was a bagel with cream cheese that was barely thawed before baking, and was as hard as a rock. The breakfast sandwich was not freshly made. It was one that Previously Made Most likely for a prior customer who do not want it so it was slept waiting for someone else to be a habit be given to. This is unprofessional and very disgusting.

Good ice coffee very sweet n yummy goodies with a donut or 2 people were nice but the young lad cakes me a man. I was a little offended. Clearly I'm a woman. And she forgot half my order. Sad but true. Our visit on 4/16/21 was 50/50 not all good or all bad please do better I like my money to be spent on what I want. I hate when I get home or get my food and its not all there and I paid for it. Manager please contact me.

Coffee is always amazing I've been there three times now! I order mobile but I actually LIVE here and KNOW this is a tourist area! YES you will be waiting in the drive thru if the store is BUSY lol.(common sense) Same inside just like anywhere in Williamsburg you might have to wait a few minutes because Williamsburg is always busy. I love the raspberry filled doughnuts my boyfriend likes the Bismark. All in all I'm now addicted to getting iced lattes from there, they're always good and cheap!! #PatienceForPerfection

Dunkin remains consistent.

I just wish there was a better way to let customers know when you have run out of regular lids and are now using dome lids.

Or when an item has run out due to popularity and, if they are making more, when theybwill be available.

They have some interesting additions and they keep trying to become known for more than coffeevand donuts. I just wish they would put more effort into their donuts so you could say these are great donuts and not the usual okay to semi stale.

Have your $2 regular donut, but add in the $4 or $5 donut that just makes you keep thinking about Dunkin and you can not wait to go back.

I just wish our local bakery had 24hour drive up service and offered bigger cups of coffee, hot amd iced. If they did, I wouldn't visit Dunkin or Starbucks.

Till then Dunkin, you are just 'Good Enough' to visit if I have an errand nearby. But not good enough to drive to it because of the products they offer.

Leave it to get a couple of dozen donuts and our local doughnut shop was closed. Went to Dunkin' doughnuts and was overwhelmed with the great service and courtesy of the staff in getting us two dozen donuts to take to an assisted living facility
