I highly recommend this firm. I was in a horrible accident and began with Roper Elrod who began attempting to settle my case against the insurance company. After numerous attempts, Mr Elrod was transparent and reviewed my case and bills and knew I wouldn't be fairly compensated with the insurance company's offer at that time without sending my case to the litigation team. This was unexpected for me since many attorneys want to be the one to finish the case themselves. I felt that Mr Elrod was honest and fair and had mine and my family's best interest in mind while working toward a goal. Shortly after sending my case to litigation, my next attorney, Muhammad Abdullaah, and his paralegal Erika began eagerly working my case and remained in touch with me thereafter about the progress. My phone calls and emails remained answered and questions were answered. Erika worked with the billing companies to continue to get clear totals of my totals I'd spent up to that point. Even after the case, which Mr Abdullah was able to get settled with compensation much more fair than the insurance had originally been willing to negotiate; Erika remained in touch with me to follow up to ensure everything was handled. I have recommended the firm to friends and family members in the event they are ever faced with these same unfortunate circumstances.
