Plumb Better

They came out the same day I was having the problem with my plumbing and kept me informed and fixed the problem. Very professional and trustworthy.

June 2015 I hired Plumb Better to replace my private well pump and tank. They did an outstanding job. August 2016 I had no water to the house. I checked the pump and it was running but was not pushing any water. I called Plumb Better because they had initially installed it. They came out, discovered the suction side of the pump had a bad PVC piece (threads were cracked) and also the discharge side PVC piece was loose. They replaced both bad parts, primed the pump and VIOLA I had water again. I went to pay for it but the tech said it's covered under warranty, NO CHARGE! People, you can trust this company. They'll take care of you.

I had an appointment with Plumb Better for a pretty routine issue that turned into a bigger job due to the age of the plumbing in my house. Through the entire process the technician, John was very patient, explained what was happening and gave me informative options for the fix. John is a very kind man and went above and beyond to take care of my plumbing issues. Awesome service, I will definitely call Plumb Better again. A+ Recommend!

While on vacation someone ran off the road and hit our back flow pipes, leaving us with bent pipes and a steady flow of water outside. We called Plumb Better, and they had someone come out to our business, give us an estimate, and totally fix the problem all within a couple hours time. I was amazed! And their technician, Pat, was very thorough, and very patient with getting all the necessary info to the Landlords of the property. He was just a really nice guy. Will definitely call again if ever in need of a plumber! Recommend!

Just had a whole house water re-pipe down. They triple checked all their work, including having the big boss man come out and check the work as well. They were very proficient and I have the best water pressure I have ever had in my house since I moved there in 2007. They are definitely my go to plumbers for now on and will recommend them to everyone.

David and Austin were very professional and helpful! The two of them came to our rescue today. I am so thankful to God for their honesty and hard work. We will definitely be calling them again.

Exceeded my expectations.....I had a badly plugged drain in my shower/bathtub......very courteous when I called to explain problem.....came to my home in a short period of time.......I knew who they were when they arrived, by truck and uniforms.....they explained everything in the estimate or what could possibly cost more......problem was fixed quickly....messy job was completely cleaned up. Gave me suggestions on how to prevent problem from reoccurring .....Professional, Prompt, Courteous

I have been using Plumb Better for more than five years at an historic (that means build in 1944) two story fourplex apartment building. Any problems I have had...new or old have been remarkedly fixed by the plumbers at the company. They have chosen to send Terry to my home most of the time as he has become very familiar with my problems. I appreciate their consideration in doing this favor for me. Their promtness is outstanding in getting to me and a real person answers the phone.

It's harder than you think to find help in this area. Someone recommended this company, I called and they were at my house in 2 hours to fix the issue. Very professional and reasonable service, i would 100% use them again.

at 8:00 amI initially called another plumber at the recommendation of my realtor they advised me that they could be at my home at 10:00am. At noon it was apparent that they were not coming.I called plumbbetter and spoke with AJ. AJ was very professional and advised me that he would have a man at my home at 4:00PM. The service tech Scott called and advised me that traffic from the west end of the beach could possibly could make him approximately 30 minutes late. He arrived promptly at 4:30PM clean cut, professionally dressed and was very knowledgeable of his profession.He fixed in thirty minutes what took me two days to screw up.He explained everything he was doing and why and I very much appreciated that. These guys are my go to plumbers and give them my reccommendation.

What about awesome group of guys. I had breakfast with these guys this week and they are really full of integrity. It was a pleasure to spend time with them and build plans for the future.

A driver was driving recklessly on the highway, I called the company on a weekend, I immediately got a call from the owner.
I believe he got on the situation right then.
That's commendable in my book.

So...I got my issue resolved by my Husband, but just to let customers know...the know I had a issue with their answering service and Chris the owner called me personally to apologize. If I should ever need help, plumb better will get my business!!
