Chiamaka Iheme, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Iheme for 4+ years. She and her staff are very thorough and efficient. She always addresses all my medical conditions and never rushed. I am very happy to have her as my primary care doctor. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Iheme is a wonderful person and physician. I have been seeing her for a few years and highly recommend anyone to her. She is never too busy to spend the extra time listening and understanding your medical and personal needs. The office staff is also great to work with and helpful, friendly and professional.

I have seen Dr Iheme twice now. She is a very compassionate and caring Dr. She is very intelligent! I have learned more about my conditions in two visits than in years of seeing multiple doctor's.she takes the time to explain your conditions and makes sure you are well informed. I finally feel I have a Dr who will do anything needed to resolve and manage my health conditions. You have no idea what this means to me. I finally have a Dr who puts me first! And I have faith she will find out exactly what my issues are by testing. So I am am well and accurately informed on my issues. And she actually has a plan of treatment for them. Her office is so efficient and on top of all your needs. I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone I know. I am so happy to finally have a Dr who will truly improve my quality of life! If you need a Dr, she is the one for sure.

I have not seen a doctor in years for a variety of reasons. That said, I was terribly nervous seeing Dr. Iheme for the first time. She was understanding, compassionate and deeply interest in my well being! I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a true 'physician'!

Dr Iheme has been AMAZING to say the least, especially during this trying COVID time. Very attentive and caring. I have been going to the VA for years and Dr Iheme has found things that they let go by the wayside. Staff is great, good communication, Steve is a rockstar.

I have Medicare/Medicaid due to a horrible accident and thus, I have seen over my fair share of doctors. She is absolutely brilliant and on the cutting edge of medicine in my opinion! I LOVE her! Super doctor!

Very professional and personable

I waited 3 months to get an appointment only to have that appointment cancelled due to it being a holiday. I explained to scheduler that there was no notification of this day being a holiday for the office so I showed up expecting to be seen. She had no consideration of the inconvenience this has caused. They on said that I will have to wait an additional 4 months to be seen. I wouldn't recommend a dog to go here. But due to that fact no one else is accepting new patients I reconsidered.

I scheduled and received an appointment with Dr Iheme a month ago and as I was on my way driving there i called to confirm my appointment time and they tell me I am scheduled for NOVEMBER! 6th? They said they called me yesterday but they did not call me at all. Also, calling a day before the appointment to schedule another day 5 months from now is a bit unreasonable. And all they have to say is sorry we made a mistake it is not good enough because if I could not get an appointment earlier I would have gone back to my old doctor's office. I need to see a doctor pronto. Big mistake at my expense and unprofessional

If you are an elderly person do not see this doctor! Not very educated with them, does not communicate very good and really doesn’t care!! When you have a medication you need for them ,when they are in their 80’s on you will most likely leave a message and have to wait 48 hrs and maybe get a response back, then you have to talk to her Medical assistant Steve and talk to him so he can tell the doctor and then tell him so he can tell you instead of the dr speaking to you directly!! Well that’s what happen to me and I said let me speak to the Dr. instead of this back and forth bs and Steve the Assistant ,Was very rude to me and hang up on me!! I didn’t bother any more with them they don’t care about their patients and getting back With in 24 hrs but 48 hrs that’s ridiculous wil never recommend her at all!! Beware of them they won’t answer the phones!!

He asked her to share his results with his Neurologist and she never did. Maybe the Neurologist could’ve found something that she didn’t find to prevent the stroke that he just had that left him without the use of his right arm and leg and his speech.
