Needed key for pad lock made. The machine did not have availability to make. But they sell padlocks and was able to complete my task of having padlock with more then 1 key.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Got everything I needed. Quick in ad out.

Spent a few hours here this eve. Staff was GREAT. Selection was appropriate for the area. Store was VERY clean and well stocked. All associates were personable and helpful…. But the Guests…. The GUESTS were AMAZING! Chloe loved meeting all the kids, as they did meeting Chloe. Oh… and she met her bf, Jah. 🐶❤

I had a not so great experience turned into an awesome customer service experience. It started with mike from pick up who informed me that the garbage lids weren’t available with the garbages i ordered after attempting to search for the lids for 10 minutes which i appreciated, so someone from OP, i believe they said, came over and an African American with green in her hair helped me out and was extremely helpful and helped me get the garbage can replacement i needed. Then the team lead, i think they called over a Phil? helped switch them out and went above and beyond to check the back to see if they had the exact one. Overall it was great teamwork and everyone was very nice and accommodating. I just moved here and I’m happy to know that there are nice people working at this store. Thank you to everyone ! And the greeter at the door, older lady, glasses, she was also very sweet!

Tire center staff was so sweet. I ordered tires on dotcom and had them installed in Palm Coast. Everyone was so nice. The wait times were to be expected and even then they all were so sweet. Everything they said was what I expected. Many people break under stress and long wait times not this group. Kudos to the whole staff. You made my day.

This store has a Very large selection of products! The staff was friendly and helpful. I found everything I needed (and so much I didn't) I wish all the Walmarts were like this one. Target wouldn't stand a chance.

I had an amazing experience inside Walmart today period it's the first time in 4 years that I haven't went into Walmart and I have felt like I had actual customer service period my questions were answered additional information was given. A sale was made. I Jared back in the electronics TV division was extremely nice, pleasant, and had a smile on his face at 9 o'clock in the morning period
When I left out of the store, I even had the assistance of 2 gentlemen. That worked for Walmart named Christian and Jason. And they both were extremely pleasant and helpful. With getting my product into my truck. I can actually tell you that. I have avoided Walmart entirely in Palm Coast due to lack of customer service lack of acknowledgment. I love I left Walmart with a smile on my face. Which I can promise you has not been my experience in the last 3 to 4 years period. Even my experience with managers and assistant manager has been lack of knowledge, lack of assistance and complete and total apathetic attitudes.. But today, starting with Jared and then Christian. And then Jason totally made my day as silly as that might seem. They should definitely get acknowledgment from their supervisors.
As to how pleasant they made the start to my day. I only hope that this message. We'll even reach these gentlemen. Because they deserve to know they did a great job.

What a transformation this company has made in the last 10 years - your greeters do a great job and I have always received first class service at this location; please keep up the good work.

Had a incident with a cashier over a pack of furnace filters. She was wrong and had a manager come to prove she was still wrong. Im starting to forgive her because she is always there on time and early in the morning which is a hard task to acheive. I respect her defensive personality for her company and I'm thrilled everytime I see her. YOLO SISTER.

The Walmart Super Centers are the best. You can always get what you wanted, not like the one in Palm Coast, Fl. Please build a Super Center in Palm Coast over by Route 100. We really need it or you will lose your business to the new BJ Warehouse that is under construction.

It’s clean, organized, and has plenty of self checkout sections along with cashiers, so it’s usually always a smooth experience.

It was a good experience for me here. I'm not from the area, was passing through and stopped to get some items for the road. I had an issue with the walmart pay system, and the cashier who seemed to be going on break was so patient and pleasant. While I was there feeling bad for her, she was so happy and even the other employees were really pleasant. Random strangers would smile and say hi, and they appeared to be so at ease about life. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the area because where I'm from, the people are always in a rush and seem so miserable. I think there's something about Palm Coast.

Pam at self-checkout is AWESOME. She's always super nice and engaging and she brings a lot of enthusiasm to customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Stellar experience! The store is arranged perfectly. I walked in, I could instantly - and easily see quite a number of different department signs. I was able to go straight to the department I was looking for and easily found the item I was looking for. Self checkout was blazing fast,with no waiting. Something I thought was going to be a chore, ended up being a fabulous experience. Thank you.

This Walmart location have a lot of friendly and helpful workers. I've noticed there are more elderly people stocking and picking online orders. I enjoy shopping here so much I'm in there at least 5 times on the weekends. They definitely get a good share of my income.

We usually shop at the Walmart in Ormond but stopped at the Walmart in Palm Coast on our way home from vacation. It was really crowded but when we got to the checkout girl, Celia I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Celia was so helpful and patient... the best checkers I have ever run across. She needs a raise... really. Thanks

You will find everything you need there. They have a lot of fishing gear at the best prices.

Nice store. Clean and they weren't out of stock on items like store in Conyers, Ga.

I was very impressed with the pharmacist, David. He did everything possible to help me with my situation. He went the extra mile for sure. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. A prime example that professional customer service still exists
