Candlewood Suites Virginia Beach Town Center, an IHG Hotel

For a 2 🌟 hotel room, it was comfortable and had 2 double beds, a microwave, and a small full size refrigerator, with a freezer and icemaker, a cook top, garbage disposal and silverware, plates,glassware cooking utensils and pots and pans and a dishwasher. The bathroom is a decent size and has a hairdryer they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Dove brand. There's a table that can double as a desk the two chairs are not that comfortable!I didn't use the TV, but it was a decent size. Overall, it was a good room

I stayed here one night. I really loved it! The room was amazingly clean the sheets were super clean with no weird scent to it(if you travel a lot and stay in hotels you will know what I mean). You could literally smell cleanliness in this place. It was very comfortable and definitely the best hotel I stayed in in Virginia beach. I travel a lot to Virginia Beach and this will be my number one go to for my stays. Great job

Excellent customer service. Especially so, given our IHG member standing; I've witnessed their hospitality extend to non IHG members as well. Great centralized location. Dog friendly! This is such a bonus and keeps our family returning. There's been road trips where we utilized VA Beach as a midway point, and other times, we've booked as a destination. Genuinely a great experience each visit. The rooms were well kept and clean; our preferred rooms have had full kitchens, large bthrooms, and double queen beds - perfect for a traveling family of 5 (🐶 and cage included).

After selling my home and the new house fell through I needed a place to put my mother and pup. I have stayed here years ago with a different pup and it was a great experience so I knew this was exactly where I would put them until new housing was secured. They are animal friendly, I have a pit bull and do not discriminate!

You do not get daily maid service, but can request fresh towels and any items you may need (coffee/tea, dishwashing detergent, etc.) I like that the kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs (plates, silverware, pots) and you do have 2 burners, not just a microwave. They also have items you can borrow to cook with (slow cooker for example). The small pantry of items will get you the basics and is good if you need something right away, a little pricey, but expected for the convenience.

Overall it's a great place.

I stayed at this hotel Sep 22-Sep 24, 23. Our stay for two was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed slept well, had all its necessary amenities, the staff was great---Tim even loan me a piece to assist with charging my phone. They offer free laundry machines. There is no breakfast, but the rooms had a kitchen. I would stay here again.---Frequent traveler, live in DC area.

Nice people. Clean rooms. Attentive service. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, mini stove & sink. Stayed this week & reserved for next week as well. I will return here if I need to stay in the area anytime I come around.

We had to hurry and found a room when our road trip took some bad turns. Lol. They were very helpful and accommodating. Decent priced. Offer military discount. The rooms were nice. They had tons of hot water, great layout kitchen, and comfy beds. The walls were thick because we didn't hear anything when in the rooms. All in all great hotel!

The lobby was very clean and the check in process was easy. They do have items such as blenders, cards, toasters for rent if needed at the front. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and informed us of the items for rent and the room to get drinks and snacks if needed.

We had a standard suite. It was very clean. It had a refrigerator and a dish washer.

The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We ordered take put but was able to put the left overs in the fridge for later. The staff at the front desk provided a list if restaurants that were close and their recommendations.

The bathroom was clean, and the while room in its entirety was clean.
The beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean.

It's very convenient for a long term stay. It was a great hotel stay and I would visit this one again.

What’s not to love about this place … great hospitality from the time we checked in up until the time we clocked out . Rooms were very spacious and clean . They’re was nothing we needed , everything was already laid out for us . Will definitely recommend and will most definitely be back

Very clean modern type room. The room was smelled so fresh. It has all your basic needs for your stay. You really don't need to leave your room. Front desk was very Welcoming as well. Parking was good and the location was perfect for shopping, eating and hanging out..

Best room for the price. Very modern and clean and has a kitchenette in the room. The front staff was extremely friendly. Close to the interstate and many Virginia Beach amenities. Has a nice desk/table area for kids to eat at. We had to stay here when our house was being painted and I would highly recommend! Also, they do accept pets.

So far hotel staff has been beyond friendly and responsive to any of my problems when I came in and welcoming especially reception!
Suite had more than I expected for my extended stay which saved me $$ and they offer more kitchen supplies in the lobby as well. Close to many areas, don’t regret choosing this hotel at all.

Front desk staff were super friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed, and was very comfortable! Cannot really hear the road noise, which I was worried about as it's so close to the highway. Convenient location for most Virginia beach destinations.

I came here after a long drive from Florida. The hotel is very convenient and close to both dining & shopping. I appreciate the hotel staff very much for accommodating me during my stay. The hotel manager Ms. Brackett is nothing short of amazing. Both friendly and accommodating to say the least. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, microwave, kitchenette. They supply all you need to make a nice dinner in your room. Complimentary washer/dryer. Also a nice little gym. I appreciate this place very much and it’s very deserving of the 5stars given.

Probably one of best rooms we have stayed in for the price especially. Super clean housekeeping even had been cleaning behind the refrigerator. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town and will start to consider this hotel group in other cities.

This hotel was fantastic. Very clean, nice and quiet and private, and had everything we needed. Staff were all friendly as well. We stayed with our pets and will definitely stay here again. Seriously, if you have read the reviews of the oceanfront pet-friendly hotels, they are horror stories. This hotel is perfect for what we wanted. Very clean and quiet.Thank you!!
