Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

I was in Virginia Beach for a friends birthday and chose this hotel based on its proximity to a few of the weekend events and walking distance to coffee shops in the morning.

Any hotel you stay in, your experience is largely more to do with the other guests than anything, so I was a bit worried when I realized that a high school sports tournament of some sort was staying in the hotel. The check-in process seemed to take forever but that was largely due to the family that was checking in ahead of us as our check-in was fast and easy.

When we got into our hotel room we decided to shower before heading out and discovered the shower wasn't working properly as the water only came out of the shower head as a trickle (not enough to shower and rinse). On the way out we stopped by the front desk and the lady there was the same one who checked us in, we respectfully reported the issue and she said maintenance would be there to check it out. Sure enough by the time we got back, maintenance had been to our room and resolved the issue! Personally I don't mind when issues arise but how the issue is resolved makes all the difference and in this case it was fast and painless, give credit where credit is due.

That night, unsure of what to expect from the tournament, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was quiet both nights of our stay. That is to say, our stay was really pleasant and going forward, this will be our hotel of choice when in Virginia Beach.

Side note - the gentleman checking in next to me asked for an ocean view room - this hotel is in Virginia Beach Town Center NOT ocean front and they do not have ocean views.

Fantastic stay at this hotel perfectly situated right in town center, just steps away from numerous restaurants and the mall. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and quality!

This is such a convenient location!! Walking distance to many shopping and food options. My room was very clean and service was superb. I recommend this Hilton Garden Inn for your next Virginia Beach stay and I will surely return.

Always my number one choice when I’m in Virginia Beach. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff are always friendly. The location is close to a lot of restaurants in the town center area and easy access to the interstate to get to the oceanfront

For business I have stayed in hotels all over the globe for over 20 years. I don’t feel like positive feedback is given enough, but I felt that it needed to be shared. As an executive for a multimillion dollar company with managers and employees I am responsible for, I know good employees are hard to find during these times. Bryce at the front desk was absolutely amazing to deal with from day 1 at check in. He also helped me extend my stay. He was also very outgoing and talkative even when he was off the clock and leaving for the day. He is probably the best employee I’ve dealt with at a hotel in the last 20 years. He has a great personality and is very professional and also a real person at the same time which I appreciate. I hope you realize what you have and recognize and compensate him for his worth. I do a lot of traveling and I must say, this hotel was definitely one of the top-notch ones I have stayed in. From the staff, to the cleanliness of the room, everything was superb. I look forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect hotel. Great location, exquisite customer service, and wonderful indoor pool. Can't wait to go back!

This is in a great location. Plenty of free parking and tons of shopping and places to eat. The atmosphere around and near the hotel is full of fun.

I have stayed here many times over the past 2 years and can attest to the convenient location with many restaurants available within walking distance! The staff are amazing from the GM Carlos to the front desk personnel Bryce and Gabbie. The three of them always strive to meet guests needs and are extremely personable and a pleasure to have them available for any of your needs.

I needed help getting my Hilton Honors set up. Bryce answered all of my questions, even the ones he wasn't sure about. He took the time to figure put exactly what I needed to know, thanks to Pamela!!! He has a very pleasant personality and is very efficient! I ended up staying at the greenbrier location, which was nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful and were very attentive to my needs...wonderful customer service, can't wait to stay at their Town Center location, so I can buy then dinner or something!!!

Our stay at this hotel was great from check-in to check-out! We felt we were appreciated by the excellent service we received. We honestly could not have had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I got the Pure Wellness room and it was everything as advertised an more. Very clean, definitely "pure wellness" vibes! No issues whatsoever! Bathroom was spotless. Nice couch and bed. Mirrors are great too and housekeeping did amazing with providing towels and amenities. I would come here again. Thank you Hilton!

Paid breakfast is the only down side. Great place with free parking. Loved my stay.

Ms pamela and Ms ebony was very helpsful and very kinds with the upmost respect even at the latest hours and I believe they should revive a raise For their prestige and outstanding service.

Bryce at the front desk is the absolute friendliest and most customer focused worker I have come across. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. I just ended a long trip and was in need of a little R&R. This hotel was perfect for what I needed. The room was super clean and comfortable. And the spa tub was a nice touch.

The location was great, everything was in walking distance. Right in the middle of downtown.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They made me feel at home, were friendly and checked in on me when I walked past the desk. During breakfast the restaurant manager came out and asked every guest how things were going. I had a nice chat with the front desk manager and even caught up with the housekeeping manager.

I also enjoyed everything about the lobby area (shout out to the fruit infused water!) I definitely recommend this hotel.

I had my Family reunion there this past Memorial Day weekend. I work with Kelli with event planning. . She was Great the entire time. The the staff was great. I appreciate 🙏 Lori for helping my family on Sunday. She went above and beyond thank you.. The food manager please forgive me I can't remember her name. She also the bartender. She was awesome. She worked extra hard for my family that sat night. She need an assistant. The two lady's at front desk was very nice. The only problem I have was they do not have enough people working. I never been to a hotel. Where the the service desk rep was house keeping and the cook . I felt so sorry for house keeping. I went and got what I needed. I was there 3 days. I saw the same 7 employeesThis is a great location. You have great customer service. Just need more people. The elderly gentleman that cleaned at night such a beautiful spirit. I would like to thank the lady with the short hair who works at front desk. She helped my mom get coffee. I know since covid alot of things have been cut out.

It's a beautiful place to stay! The staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. Everyone of them we met are full of smiles and make you feel very comfortable There are a lot of really nice places to eat and shop also.

Bryce was amazing during my BBU 2 week visit!! Husband was here for 2 weeks and Bryce made sure he was taken care of.
