Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Saw me even before my appointment , which is a plus ! The staff , nurses and Dr. McKinley and Shandi , were all very friendly , professional and helpful with amazing refreshing attitudes . I especially loved how Even having a short notice they really made things happen in such a way I was not expecting . Once getting labs reviewed and being evaluated they took the time to explain my results with me as well as any future treatment options. I had a amazing visit and the doctor and staffs demeanor and amazing communication has really put me at ease with everything from start to finish , to anyone looking for a specialist in this practice , this is the place A++ . Thanks again Shandi and Dr. McKinley for your above and beyond caring and communication while being seen at your location. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Greer is awesome. I am in renal failure. & she & her staff keep a close watch on my condition. Gives me comfort to know a professional takes care of my illness.

“Dr.” McKinley treats patients based on their BMI (the antiquated scale created by a sociologist and NOT a doctor). If you’re heavy, he won’t help you. He’ll just tell you your diet is the reason for all your problems. If you’re overweight, you know exactly what kind of physician I’m talking about. He’s one of them. If you have an appointment scheduled with him, and you’re overweight, I recommend you ask for someone else.

They don't care about the patient, they only care about the payment. Even if you have to drive a ways I would go somewhere else. It's really sad when you have a referral with insurance and they say oh wait we need $500 up front. Don't waste your time here. This was the one on the beach, I can speak for the one in town.

Do NOT waste your time and money on this place. Blood in urine for over 2 years with kidney inflammation and a 100 lb weight loss and the doctors tried to feed me this BS that I just pulled a back muscle. These doctors are absolute quacks. They'll gladly pump your insurance on worthless test you don't need while offering no treatment then try to tell you how you feel. Receptionist has a snotty attitude. Finally went to Shands in Gainesville and got a diagnosis but it may be too late to do anything now. Don't waste your time and health here.
