Fantastic!!!

First of all, the location of this restaurant is so lovely and very scenic. The restaurant has a small to medium seating. I loved the beautiful art pieces and the Mediterranean set up with bells and cushions at the entrance of the restaurant.

The food was simply fantastic. I have never had such a wonderful "Falafal" before. Buffet had nice limited varieties of veg and non veg food. Lentil soup and mutton soup was very delicious. Overall food was simple but very tasty and homemade.

Service was great. After we were done with buffet, I wanted to have hot Turkish coffee ☕ Thanks to the guy at the desk who made it for me. It was my first time having Turkish coffee and it was great. No desserts are provided in the buffet. Needed to be ordered separately.

This restaurant is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The area was sanitary and decorated. There were many food choices and drinks. And was delicious the employees are friendly. And prices are reasonable I definitely recommend coming here.

Abundant, original, and delicious servings, in an unusual diner setting where memorablia from the Middle East (Iraq, Egypt?) is sold, as well as local cooking items.
Having ordered, we were unexpectedly brought a delicious bowl of soup while we waited.

Phenomenal! A great buffet here on the weekend. The food tastes and feels like a warming, home cooked meal despite being a cuisine that I am personally not too familiar with. Wonderful atmosphere as well; paintings, calligraphy, and cultural artifacts found throughout. Definitely recommend to anyone from the area. Delicious.

Amazing! We celebrated a birthday and it was out first time. The portion sizes are so generous! Very thankful. All the food was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. My favorite was the soup, a hearty lentil, which I couldn't help but finishing too quickly. The gentleman who served us graciously offered a portion to go. I'm so excited for lunch!
Knowing they serve a buffet on the weekends, we have a new spot for sure!

Delicious and fresh. You won't be disappointed if you have a good palate and enjoy the savory and fresh taste of this middle Eastern gem.

Tons of variety and vegetarian options. We love coming here after working out hard at the gym and getting high quality food in our bodies. Excellent and kind staff. I love it. It's usually very quiet but still very fresh and yummy. The hummus and baba ganoush are always so fresh and wonderful. Yum! My boyfriend says it's the best hummus he has ever had.

I think this is genuinely my favorite restaurant in town. Very low key but very clean and "no fuss". You do sometimes have to bring your check up but that's not a big deal/may be a cultural thing (should not be taken as rude).

Great host, very delicious food and clean atmosphere.

Food was definitely delicious, and the chef i beloved paid so much attention to the detail. Lamb kabob was absolutely amazing. In the salad they had green olives ( zeytoon is olive in Farsi ) which tasted like ambrosia.
The restaurant welcomes every guess with delicious soup and a platter of hummus and yogurt. I liked this place very much and I surely will go back. They offer dine-in while precisely following the protocols.

Great food, wonderful family that cares and is very accommodating to those with allergies, Halal, vegetarian and vegans. I have gluten and dairy intolerances and have never had an issue. Vegan and Halal friends loves the place. We always eat there since it is a 30 minute drive. His falafels are the best I've had in New England. We always aim for the weekend buffet.

10/10. Sooo good. I haven't had Mediterranean/Middle East food this good since I was in the Middle East. Would highly recommend. Great take out spot too! This will replace pizza night.

Really good! Nice variety of Mediterranean food. Turkish tea and coffee. Fresh, hot and flavorful. The staff was really friendly. We’ll be back!

What a great place in Clinton, MA! This small town truly has a gem. Unsuspecting from the outside, you walk into a place that is rich with culture. The food is fantastic, the Turkish coffee is a must, everything is homemade, and I'll definitely be back again. In fact, this may be the only place I go to while visiting for week. Hands down, the best place in the town. I hope it stays that way.

Yummy food, friendly people! The buffet is back open after COVID and they do a great job keeping it safe with barriers and they serve you what you want. Also plenty of spread out seating with barriers. The food is SO good!!! You can never go wrong eating at Zaytoon!

i was lucky enough to go in on the day that the young man who ran the dessert stand outdoors last summer was cooking for the first time. i ordered a chicken shawarma plate w/a side of labneh and he knocked my order out of the park. the chicken was cooked perfectly and the rice was amazing. such nice people run this place, and they make some of the best food in clinton

The food was Fantastic! The Restaurant was spotless. The ladies that were cooking were most pleasant. The prices are alright for that area. Well worth the trip and adventure. There is even a small tented area to dine at! Enjoy! See you there!

Incredible place, their buffet is one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten. Definitely worth a detour just to get lunch here on a weekend.

Blew us away! The lamb roll was the best I've ever tasted - sharp, tangy, well-spiced, and fresh. The appetizer sampler plate was bursting with color and flavor, and each item was a delight. However good it looked, it tasted even better. My only drawback (and it is a minor one) is that the pita became slightly dry once cooled, though this seems a common challenge. 10/10 would come back to the town for this if I weren't so far away!

It was my first time here and they did not disappoint. What an amazing place it’s a gem in Clinton never in 1 million years had I known they’ve been there this long since 2012 such a nice people that own the place and the food is absolutely phenomenal, I think more people need to find this gem and try it
