Dr. Ott and his entire staff are amazing. The level of attention and care given to details from scheduling to your actual dental exam are impeccable. My daughter and I both feel at ease and love this practice!

Excellent care from the moment you walk in the door. Very prompt and good communication about each step in your procedure. Very comfy chairs and easy to endure for what is a usually nervous and uncomfortable dental patient! Would recommend if you want friendly staff, and professional service for your ~28-32 teeth, they are the ones in PC. And a very convenient location! CH

From the time I called to schedule the appointment to the time my appointment was completed, I was made to feel like a V.I.P. Sandra and Dr. Ott were contientious, courteous, and caring from start to finish. All my life my dentist was blood relation, but he never made me feel like family the way Panhandle Dental Care did.

Great people who are very professional. Would recommend to anyone searching for a great dentist!! These folks will make you feel at home!

Best dental care I have ever received, very thorough and diligent. Everyone in the office is extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable.

I’ve visited Dr. Tot’s office twice now and both visits were great. My first experience as a new patient coming in for exams/scans, the receptionist, Shannon, was welcoming. Jennifer is the hygienist that worked with me before Dr. Ott came in & she was exceptionally helpful & fun to chat with. Dr. Ott & Jennifer were very detailed in delivering the information they gathered from my exams & photos. They were patient with my questions and made it very easy to decide to complete my treatment here. The only issue I had with my first visit is that they were behind on appointments so I wasn’t seen until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time but I was told ahead of time that my first appointment might be around 2 hours long so I wasn’t in a rush.

Fast forward to today, I had an extraction done. I was in and out in less than an hour. Kristina, Dr. Ott’s dental assistant was welcoming & professional. She explained what she was doing and what Dr. Ott would be doing, which helped me brace for what was coming — thank you! Dr. Ott, also friendly & professional, kept me informed as to what to expect during the procedure. Quick and easy.

I highly recommend this office based on my experiences and I will be back for any other dental needs I have.

Best dentist I've EVER been to. Staff is AMAZING they treat you like family from the first second you reach out to them. Super understanding and go above and beyond explaining things and making sure you have the information to make a informed decision on your treatment. I won't go anywhere else. This is the first dentist I've been to that I haven't had a panic attack and left ugly crying. I'm looking forward to going back. Even though they are out of my network it's 100% worth any extra I might be out of pocket. If you are in need of a great dentist that treats you like family then your in the right spot. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ott and his staff. My only thing is that I'm mad at myself for not finding him sooner. Like the saying goes though it's better late then never. Come in and see Dr. Ott and get everything worked out.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Ott for years now, and are thrilled with the excellent care we receive at PDC. He, Sandra and Jen are always upbeat, thorough and caring---what a great team!! Ummm...can I give them 6 or 7 stars?? Five aren't really enough....

The front desk lady, Sandra(?) is super friendly and courteous. The hygienist, Amanda(?) is super thorough. She is the best hygienist I ever had! Two thumbs up to Dr. Ott! He is one of the great dentists I ever had! I made an appointment for my husband wrote I left their offfice.

Great atmosphere, the technician who cleaned my teeth before the doctor came in was nice and very informative, helped me take off my piercings and put them back on. Definitely my go to place

Dr. Ott and his team are absolutely amazing!!! Happy I had been referred to his office years ago after relocating to the area from MI. Finding my "home" dentistry is important for myself and family. Everyone is always professional, kind, prompt, and they truly care about their patients. The cleanliness is on point too! Glad to have my "home" dentistry that I can truly look forward to going to! Highly recommend!

Love Dr Ott and all his staff. Honest and does not try to do unnecessary work. My son had a cavity filled and didn’t complain of any pain at all. Super clean office. Definitely recommend them for the whole family!

I love the entire office. From the moment you walk in you'er met with Sandra's bright smile and recognition. Jennifer, my Dental Hygienist, is wonderful. She has an awesome personality and is an exceptional Hygienist. She has helped me improve the health of my mouth, and that has improved my overall health. And that's a very big gift. Dr. Ott is such a happy guy and always takes the time to go the extra mile. What an awesome group. I'm so happy to have found them.

The greeting I received upon entering a clean and comfortable waiting rnloom was pleasant and friendly. Not one of the false, forced greetings one sometimes receives. I arrived early to have time to do the new patient paperwork; it was all ready to complete the few pages. At my appointment time, I was called back to a clean room. The hygienist was friendly as she prepared me for the dentist. Dr. Ott (my Mother referred me) was friendly as he went over my medications. He explained what he was going to do before he performed the task. Upon leaving, his receptionist explained my estimated financial options. She referred me to another specialist before Dr. Ott could complete the two crowns I would need.
My Mother always praised Dr. Ott for his and the workers happy and friendly atmosphere. My expectations upon actually using his skill set were exceeded.
I highly recommend Dr. William Ott and his office personnel.

On our first visit my wife and I found the office clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and very well run by most capable and helpful staff. The work of the dentist and hygienists was friendly, thorough, and comfortable. We were pleased.
After more visits our feelings are the same. Dr. Ott has gone above and beyond to make sure we don't have food traps or other problems. He and his staff show real concern about costs and have helped design treatment plans to fit our budget.
