Edinburg Mill Restaurant

Went here for an early Easter dinner and was blown away not only by the food but also the atmosphere. I can’t remember her name but our server was super friendly and personable. I had the prime rib with a baked sweet potato and a side salad with buttermilk ranch dressing. I really enjoyed my food, especially the bread. There was something about the bread that made it super tasty. We also got a slice of peanut butter and chocolate pecan pie, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. I was told that the dining room is inside of an old grain silo which contributes to the restaurant’s unique vibe that really adds to the experience. I would definitely go back here and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal.

Stopped in during a road trip for dinner and we were impressed with the reviews - they are correct. This place is excellent! Delicious food, friendly service, and a wonderful historic location. Steak and chicken chef salad was amazing, sirloin, crab cake, all were fantastic. We are going to stop by every time we head down Rt 11 or I-81.

Fantastic place and service! We are here twice because the food and service was so good. Fresh seafood, house made sides, desserts, and salad dressings. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. Catered a baby shower for us and we couldn't be more pleased. The set up was great, the food and drinks were great and the service was perfect!

Austin waited on us and the service was beyond phenomenal; we wanted for nothing. Started with the seafood chowder- excellent. Cheese steak was tasty, but didn't have much meat for the price. Atmosphere is nice & quaint as restaurant is on the basement of an old mill built in 1843.

Pleasantly surprised! We had a charcuterie plate which was amazing, nice sangia, steak, tuna, and shrimp which all were very tasty. We also had homemade sangria..not too sweet. The merlot chocolate dessert was so rich and addicting if you love chocolate. Look forward to coming back.

We absolutely love dining at the Edinburg Mill restaurant. The food is always of the highest quality and done to perfection. The wait staff is attentive and informative. One of the things we really appreciate is that they recently stopped serving plastic straws unless requested. I did make a suggestion that they refrain from serving the tartar sauce with the crabcakes. There’s nothing that could make those crabcakes taste any better. The museum and the structure itself are also absolutely fascinating.

Very good restaurant set in a historic mill. The food was delicious and our waitress was very sweet.

Excellent! We came here for an anniversary dinner and we were treated better here than we were treated at other places. Our server, made sure our water glasses were always topped off. At other places we have to wait until the server got around to it. We'll definitely be back again!

Wow! This place is amazing. The food quality was excellent. It was your typical fast restaurant, they made the food fresh, and you could taste it! 😋 Will be coming back!

Delicious! A local gem in Edinburg. The rolls are amazing! I loved the sweet potato pasta and my husband really enjoyed the catfish. Kids meals are super affordable with great options too. Try the peanut butter pie and chocolate pecan pie!

Traveling and stopped here. So glad we did a really cool place with excellent service and excellent food. Highly recommend

At first glance I was amazed with the appearance and greeted right away. I went around 1 and the menu kinda disappointed me because I'm just tired of Burgers and Sandwiches but totally blown away with the fried oyster sandwich. Fresh, delicious and amazing. Had the yellow squash and the soup of the day as my side but did I mention the bread was fresh, crisp warm and homemade for the sandwich. And I also tried their pork tenderloin with cranberry cinnamon sauce. Yum!! The soup was okay but the rest was amazing. I'm definitely going back!! Oh it has history too!!

Wow not what I was expecting at all.. pretty fresh food with a high end feel. Would recommend the prime rib and monk fish was prepared perfect.

Don't go here if you expect mediocre food fast. This food, the service, the ambiance are all amazing. We'll definitely be back! If you are looking for a place to eat before an evening at the Shenandoah Theater this is a win-win (make reservations for 5:30 for a 7:30 show).

Treated my parents to a 50th Anniversary experience at "The Mill" in Edinburg. Jason and his team made the evening special with excellent service as well as delicious food. We enjoyed the vegetarian selections from the menu and the delectable desserts. Thank you Jason for a memorable dinner!

This place was such a pleasant experience. The fresh baked rolls were so delicious. The house made jalapeño vinaigrette dressing had great flavor. I ordered the grilled chicken breast. It was delicious, perfectly seasoned and a great portion. My husband had a perfectly grilled strip steak. The desserts (flourless chocolate cake and chocolate pecan pie) were outstanding. Top that off with friendly and attentive service from our waitress… We will definitely stop in next time we visit the area.
