Cove Dental Care

I decided to make an appointment with Cove Dental and I’m so glad I did. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. Dr. Getz is very easy to talk to. She explained the treatment that I needed and answered all my questions. Carrie cleaned my teeth and she was AWESOME! She was efficient, informative and gentle. Melissa was fun to chat with while she took my x-rays. I drove all the way from Santa Rosa Beach and I will continue to do so!

I'm traveling and naturally have wisdom tooth troubles right before the holidays, 2000 miles from home. This dental facility was so kind and accommodating. I called 7 other places with no help or direction. Robbie at Cove was so kind and helped me get an appointment very soon. The assistants were caring and attentive. The dentist was excellent and got everything done in one visit. So appreciate of their time and effort. 1000/10 recommend.

Cove Dental is such a TREASURE! I'm so happy I came across it! *I'm a former dental hygienist, so I'm a little picky when it comes to choosing a dental home for myself and my daughter* The front desk staff, especially Miss Robbie, are VERY SWEET, and the waiting area is EXTREMELY comfortable. It's more like a living room with lovely couches than an actual waiting area. Both will definitely help those with any dental anxiety from the start. Miss Carrie, the dental hygienist who saw my daughter, is as SWEET as can be, and VERY THOROUGH. And Dr. Getz is just as WONDERFUL. Also, all the equipment is TOP NOTCH. I can not say enough how PLEASED and HAPPY I am with this office! If I was still a practicing hygienist, I would be proud to work here, no question! 💖🙏🌴🦷🌴🙏💖

I'm super happy with my experience here! I've always dreaded going to the dentist and finally decided to switch providers after dodging appointments for a year. I chose Cove Dental because of the glowing reviews. They were able to get me in for an initial appointment within days of me asking, and fit my follow-up soon after as well so I don't have to deal with a painful tooth over the holidays. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and welcoming to me, and didn't make me feel ashamed or uncomfortable at all.

My hygienist Carrie was super thorough and kind, and walked me through my treatment plan. I was pleasantly surprised that she took the time to talk to me and explain the proper way to do certain things. It felt like I was getting proper *health* care at the dentist for the first time ever. Highly recommend! 🤍

My first experience with Cove Dental was very informative and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have anxiety when having any kind of dental work done so I’m very appreciative of their understanding of this. I would highly recommend Cove Dental Care. The staff is wonderful!

The minute I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The 'waiting room' (where you really don't wait long), is nice and cozy. No sterile, cold typical doctor waiting room here. It is furnished with a sofa and chairs like I'd have at home. Being a former dental assistant and a retired RN, I feel like I'm a good judge of hygiene. Each room I've been in has been neat, organized and clean without an antiseptic smell. The dental chair itself was a nice soft leather, and well...I could have napped on it. Instead of four walls to stare at, there are large windows to look outside at nature which I loved. I've never been disappointed with the staff. Each one I've encountered has been kind and professional and they made me feel like I've known them forever which alleviated my anxiety at being in a dental office. Dr. Getz is warm, compassionate, professional and approachable. When I've had questions, she has patiently answered them until I understood. I'm glad I found this office, you're never sure when you randomly choose one, but I think I hit the jackpot.

This place is a breath of fresh air! Everyone is SO friendly and helpful, they got me scheduled for my first appointment super quickly (especially for such short notice), the appointment itself was so smooth and comfortable, they scheduled my next appointment very soon (which is hard to come by in the dental world), and the office is beautiful. Vibes, immaculate ✨

Dr Getz and her team are fantastic!! A very professional office with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They gave me an upfront estimate of the procedures I needed and filed my insurance for me. Scheduling was quick and appointments started on time. The staff was very efficient and very pleasant. I enjoyed getting to know everyone. I highly recommend Dr. Getz and her skilled team. Beautiful office and amazing staff. They work hard to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Getz is very sweet and patient, so appreciative to have this dentist office in town.

I love this place~from the cozy feel to the beautiful office to the friendly staff including the precious dentist. They make you feel so welcome and at home. I am terrified of dental work but they have made my experiences good ones. Best teeth cleaning experience and extraction experience ever! Worth the 1+ hour drive for me.

I have had several appointments at this office and I have to say that this is the best office I have ever been in, and I have been in several over the years. And to add, I’m a former dental tech. so I feel I’m a good source of information on the overall evaluation of the office. First of all, at each visit I have been greeted with smiles and called by name by the office. You get a warm feeling by just walking through the front door. When you step into the waiting room, you don’t have that sterile waiting room experience, instead it’s a homey environment, very relaxing. Who doesn’t need that relaxed feeling when you’re in a dental office? After waiting only a short time, one of the techs or hygienist took me back to their operatory and made sure I was comfortable. BTW, The dental chairs
are so soft and very comfortable adding to a relaxed experience. A thorough medical history was taken at my first appointment which I appreciated being a retired RN.
While waiting for Dr. Getz, I took the opportunity to look around the room which was clean and orderly. This translated to an organized, efficient and careful staff in my mind. Dr. Getz greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease. She was kind, thoughtful in her approach and knowledgeable. After having returned after my initial appointment, I can say the attitude of the entire office has not changed. They truly care about your welfare. I trust this group and will continue being their patient as long as they’ll have me!

I had my first appointment today and was impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and detailed explanation of my upcoming treatment plan. I am happy with the "no pressure" approach of the staff and the general atmosphere of the office. Very glad I chose Cove Dental!

Dr. Getz and her entire staff are amazing! I had a bad experience with a hygienist in GA & didn’t go back to the dentist for 6 years. I moved to The Cove in March 2023 and happened to see a TV commercial for Cove Dental. They mentioned that sedation was an option for folks with anxiety, so I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! They remember my name (and pronounce it correctly), they are compassionate & gentle, and they go out of their way to make each patient comfortable during each visit. There is always a great promotion running too! If you’re afraid of the dentist, I highly recommend calling Cove Dental to see how they can help you through it.

While suffering with tooth pain, I researched a number of dentists, deciding on Michelle Getz based on her resume on her website. I was able to book an appointment a few days later (and got a phone call to move up the appointment because another party had cancelled theirs). The assistant that helped me was great. Dr Getz discovered a crack in a root, which required removal of the tooth. They immediately accommodated me that day. She also does implants, so I can stay with her for all my dental work. Very impressed!!!

Kerry and all the staff are the best. Always a pleasure!! Best dentist office in panama city by far. Great people who care about what they do!! Would give more stars if it was an option!!

The whole Team at Cove Dental Care offers excellent services! There is no waiting hardly, super nice always and very detailed in each speciality I have experienced. My teeth are super clean and I always leave knowing exactly what my dental health is currently and what to expect in the future. I would highly recommend Cove Dental Care if you want professional and experienced dental care. Love Dr. Getz, she is always available, answers all questions and never in a rush!

The team is so pleasant and helpful. Made me feel very at ease even though sometimes those dental processes don’t make you too comfortable. Very informative on the plan you need and why they feel so. Highly recommend.

Everyone put me at ease. I have horrible dental anxiety and they always make sure to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I’ve had horrible luck with dentists in the past. So this place is a breath of fresh air. If I could give more stars, I would.

Cove Dental was a life saver👍 They worked me in the next morning after a crown came off the night before!! From the receptionist, Dental Hygienists to the Dentist they were all VERY HELPFUL👍👏 The Dentist checked out my old crown and it was in good condition so she just put it back on & made me a “Happy Camper” 😎 They will definitely have Karen and I as new customers👍

Had an amazing first visit I chose this office because of all of the great reviews they had and there was no disappointment!! I was so welcomed and the whole staff is amazing and personable! I did not feel uncomfortable not one bit I am happy with my decision and can’t wait to get my healthy new smile 😊 thank you amazing beautiful staff!!!! 🫶🏼
