Impromptu breakfast which resulted in a great omelet and corned beef hash! Bloody was good but didn't wow like the food did. Service was great: friendly, engaging and quick. Highly recommend for anyone looking to great a great meal at a reasonable price.

Came here because of the reviews, and was not disappointed! There was a little bit of a wait, but we just grabbed coffee next-door and it was totally fine!

I got the Swiss baked eggs and it was divine! I can’t recommend it enough! I also got a mimosa that was tropical… I forgot the name, but it was really good too! I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast!

The best food I had in Colorado! When they say they pride themselves on their poached eggs, they are absolutely not exaggerating. Their eggs Benedict was a thing of pristine beauty, also their staff is so nice! The coffee mugs are huge which I also enjoyed a lot, and the coffee is good too!

Stopped in here for a quick lunch and was very impressed! Super friendly and attentive staff, excellent menu options and the food was fabulous.
I had the cheesesteak and my girlfriend had the turkey melt and both were amazing. I don’t like to fluff my reviews either. Both of our lunches were fantastic!

Wonderful small cafe. Waitress was friendly and bubbly. Food was glorious and had the sweet potato hash special. Whenever I am back in Keystone, will come to this place first! 5/5!

The staff and food were really great! I had the ham and cheese omelet, with home fries and an English muffin. The omelet was light and fluffy, and the home fries were crispy and perfect. I'd recommend Haywood Cafe.

I recently visited Haywood Cafe in Keystone and I have to say, I was blown away by the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The wait was only 10-15 minutes.

One dish that stood out to me in particular was the Swiss Baked Eggs. The combination of eggs, cream, and Swiss cheese baked to perfection created a creamy and savory flavor that was simply divine. The dish was served with a side of perfectly toasted bread, which was the perfect vehicle for sopping up all the delicious sauce.
In addition to the amazing food, the cafe itself had a charming and comfortable vibe that made me feel right at home. The decor was rustic and cozy, and the natural light streaming in through the large windows made for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I would highly recommend Haywood Cafe to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in Keystone. The Swiss Baked Eggs alone are worth a trip, but the entire menu is filled with tasty options that are sure to please.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. Relaxed atmosphere makes you feel right at home. My server, Sarah, was genuinely friendly and super efficient, checking in on her tables several times (make eye contact and she’s at your table in a matter of seconds). The porker three-egg omelette and cheesy grits were fantastic. This is definitely a five-star place.

Biggest mimosas ever! Will be coming back to try the bacon Bloody Mary. Had to go for the hair of the dog coffee drink today and it was delicious. Food was amazing, highly recommend the brisket hash!

Really good food at pretty good prices. Large collection of American, some tex-mex breakfast options ($10-$14) along with omelettes and egg Benedicts and breakfast cocktails, including one with their bacon vodka. Their speciality meats of elk and polidori sausage are really good.

I got the biscuits and gravy with polidori sausage and it was amazing with great flavor, pretty good biscuits and eggs done perfectly. The fruit bowl was also good.

Nestled in the heart of Keystone, Colorado, Haywood Cafe is an absolute must, and our recent experience there was nothing short of extraordinary. My husband, renowned for his picky palate, loved their legendary chicken fried steak. Cooked to perfection, the steak exuded freshness and authenticity, a departure from the typical frozen fare found elsewhere, and it's quality and flavor, made him say it's the best he'd ever tasted—a proclamation not made lightly (seriously)!

The ambiance was as inviting as the food was delightful. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere combined with friendly staff elevated our dining experience, making us feel like regulars from the moment we stepped in.

We loved it so much we made it a ritual to start our mornings there during our stay in town. If you're craving seriously good homemade food, Haywood Cafe is an absolute must-visit.

Looked up Breakfast places in the Keystone area and found Haywood Cafe. We had a 10hr drive ahead of us and wanted to have a good meal to travel on. It was spot one the best meal we had on our stay. The Corned Beef Hash was awesome! I thought about it more than once on the drive home. We will make this our Sunday morning stop when in the Keystone area.

Friday brunch, seated immediately as only 2 of us. There were 2 groups of more than 5 in each waiting to be seated.

In all our visits, the diner was always full til about 10 - 10:30am.

This visit, ordered:
Country Fried Steak w/an extra side of Bacon
Waffles / Scrambled Eggs
Breakfast Burrito (to-go)

👍 Country Fried Steak .... cliche but, no simpler way to describe it but, delicious! The gravy was superb!

Burrito 🌯 was huge! My husband and I shared it and it was enough for both of us.

Service was as always 5⭐. Quick AND friendly yet courteous.

View outside the diner is the best specially in the fall as the diner faces the mountains with the beautiful fall colors! Dining with a view, indeed!

Will definitely be back when we are in the area! Parking is not a problem.

Dined twice, both breakfast and loved both times.
Corned Beef and Hash, Porker Omelette, and waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage from the ala carte menu.
Great food made even more enjoyable with the excellent service of our server, Aimee.
Really BIG portions, so come hungry.
Very reasonable prices.

Great bunch spot! Short drive from Breckinridge. They did a good job of accommodating our large group including a baby. I liked the eggs Benedict options and my chorizo one was fantastic. I also tried a jalapeño elk sausage that was unique and tasty! The coffee and Bloody Mary drinks were also good. Fun decor inside.

Literally the reason we went back to Keystone, it is THE place to be for breakfast, and I hate breakfast. BUT YOU CAN GET BREAKFAST OR LUNCH ALL DAY. So go ahead and get that BLAT and onion rings + best bloody mary for 20+ miles at 8:30am. 10/10 experience.

We came on vacation to keystone and found Haywood. Went 3 days in a row. It was cool to have a few choices for adult beverages. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was great! The hash was my favorite.

We have been going to Haywood Cafe for over a decade and the food and service has been amazing every time. It's actually one of the highlights of our vacation each year! For breakfast my favorite is the "Dog Bowl" which is a breakfast bowl served in Dog Bowl. Don't worry, it's very sanitary. Haha My family usually gets the Eggs Benedict in all its variations. They brought our little one a high chair and crayons to keep her busy as well. Can't wait to get back!!
