I won't go anywhere else! Point View will get all my KTM business for the remainder. Parts department is staffed by friggin wizards!

I couldn't get specs on my '91 ANYWHERE. I looked online, tried the local parts and service departments at several other shops, and out of desperation even called Amherst, all to no avail. Jason and Chad got me right. They have the microfilm on deck, right at the parts counter!

Always a good experience, can't say enough about the parts guy Chad. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help out for the kids racing.

If you're going to spend your hard earned money on a motocross bike because you're addicted to fun... The only guys to buy from are Jason and Chad at Point View Cycle. I pulled up, everyone is friendly, funny and genuinely thankful you came to them to buy a bike. Jason had all the paperwork ready for me when I walked into the door, no games just hit the all the marks and done. Chad hooked me up with all the wild stuff I couldn't live without and spot on dates when they would arrive at my door. I can't say enough tremendous things about these guys and their operation. If you're not buying from Point View... well... you should start. 6 STARS!!!!!!!

After searching a few weeks for a KTM 300 XCW in Michigan and Ohio and coming up short, I found this dealership about 4 hours away. I called them and they were super helpful over the phone. Gave me a no BS answer on prices and held the bike for me. I drove down the next day, and was greeted by helpful staff. They got me my bike with a few signatures, some awesome parts and accessories and I was back on the road heading home. They were a super friendly helpful bike shop, and more parts/accessories that I could ever want. Major KTM gem, and would definitely drive the long distance again to buy another bike!

Mounted a tire on short notice on a Saturday for me, only place around open past 1pm and willing to work. Will have my business from now on whether it be tire mounting, accessories or another bike. Thanks for caring about your customers.

I found my Gas Gas TXT 300 through an internet search. The price was very competitive and Jason could not have been easier to work with. The paperwork was done quickly, the wire transfer was seamless and with Jason's help, the shipping to Colorado was a breeze. Thanks Jason!

These guys are the absolute best! Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. This is a KTM store that provides new and pre-owned sales and service, but they have experience with just about anything that you need help with... Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, or Yamaha's. Their service rates are VERY REASONABLE and their general in-stock merchandise is priced competitively to that which you would find online, so support your local business and economy and take advantage of face to face expertise!

Point View Cycle is the best KTM dealership around! Jason, and his entire team are always happy to help anyone, with anything. They offer a wide range of knowledge related to the off road industry, and are always willing to answer your questions. Point View Cycle offers a wide range of new bikes, as well as used bikes. If you need parts they have most of them on the shelf, or can get them in a couple days.

This motorcycle shop is run by motorcycle people. Customer service just isn't a buzz word to them...it's the way they do business. Working with Josh to get an unusual order done was a pleasure. I give this shop my highest recommendation.
