If you want to complain, take it up with corporate. The pharmacy is understaffed, which means the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are doing the work of multiple people. So, please, show some compassion instead of pitching a fit about the drive-thru being closed. For goodness' sake, there's a bunch of Karens on here. We all have to wait. If you want your precious pills, you might have to be patient. You wait for hours at the doctor’s office but can’t stand waiting a bit at the pharmacy? Come on.

Just made the switch to Kroger pharmacy and they were super helpful and amazing. I do not have insurance right now for a small amount of time and the person at the pharmacy was able to help make my prescription affordable! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Very glad I made the switch.

My close friend Jill works here. They're always swamped with scripts and customers (even more so because of COVID) so it's best to give them plenty of time and be patient. Order ahead in the app and pick it up the next day! It's really easy!

Pharmacists here are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make ensure patients receive the best service! They are polite when I ask questions about my medicine, they will demonstrate proper dosage, and their prices are VERY competitive!

A clean place alwayse as for the workers not alot of them are willing to help randomly you have to approach them and ask for there assistance as for organized it is well thought out on placement of items aswell
