I've been a patient for years. Never had any problems. Dr. Smith and staff has always been great.

Dr. Smith has always done an amazing job and is such a cool person to talk to ! The office staff are amazing and can work miracles with getting schedules shuffled around when something needs changed and they are always able to help me understand things !

Christy does a good job with cleaning teeth.I always have issues with gagging easily and I have allergies this time of year.So, I end up having more sinus drainage this time of year and more of the same issues.Everyone is great there,Very helpful.

I had been a patient for years- I had my 6 month appointment scheduled in March 2020-every thing got shut down- I reached out to reschedule was given an appointment in late April- still shut down - I AGAIN reached out to reschedule- I was told by the receptionist that I would be called when they reopened-NOPE NEVER HAPPENED-the front desk NEVER CALLED-guess they don’t need my business- moving on to someone else

The dental work was great but his beside manner sucks. I was letting him know that I am very nervous and scared of the dentist. He then told me he isn't going to engage in my spiral and told me that I can have my little freak out but he would not acknowledge it. He then shamed me over my teeth. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone who has a dentist phobia. He does not care about making his patients feel at ease and comfortable.

Made an appointment three weeks ago for an appointment for my spouse today and read his insurance type card to them and everything. Day of he shows up and gets told they don’t take his insurance. Absolute joke. If they were unsure or knew they didn’t in the first place then they should have said something for me to get him an appointment where it’s actually accepted. “Medicare accepted” is a lie when you have dual and even tell them that that’s what they have. Absolute joke.
