I personally am not a customer of this bank but they helped me out with problems my father was having with fraud. And I just really appreciated their compassion and taking their time to show us what had happened. They printed off papers for me and just all around really nice and sweet to us during a nonsense ordeal.

Thank you❤

I love Huntington Bank. They have good policies and 24 hour grace. Typically Huntington is quick with transactions and dealing with customers but lately the Galion branch has been slow. It has a very professional atmosphere other than playing Christian worship music which is unprofessional. Other than that Huntington is a good place to bank.

Avoid this bank. Use anyone else. This bank has a 24 hour grace policy that sends you an alert if your balance is overdrawn. It worked in the past but then it did not. Not only did i not get notified while I was out of town, they continued to pile up fees to a ridiculous number.
They returned checks unpaid. The banker told me it was the banks discretion to cover the checks and allow their 24 hour grace. Since they did this in the past i asked what changed. She had no answer. She admitted it was kind of dirty and refunded two of the three returned check fees. But told me she was not allowed to return the rest due to bank policy. I would have to contact the branch I opened my account with 45 minutes away. Who has not returned my calls. I deposited cash immediately to right the account and asked if the checks would be represented so i would just be sure to deposit that money as well. She told me they would not be represented. Well, they had already been represented that day but the fees would be charged later as they returned a second time. She did not tell me about the additional fees or that the checks had been presented a second time even thought she had my account pulled up and printed out for me without those charges. So i left the bank with a positive balance only to incur more fees later that day. Earlier this year they held my automatic deposits for a day but took out my bill payments and debit purchases which resulted in fees as well. I should have learned my lesson then and dumped them. Now they have stolen a couple of hundred dollars from me without a just cause. They refuse to refund because they have a policy against it - even if they are wrong. I have accounts with 12 different financial institutions and have never had this kind of trouble with any of them. Save yourself the headache and use a company you can trust.

Opened my accounts with Chelsea, she was nice to start with but then screwed up the credit card application, would not call me back. Then had a promotion on my sons account, she applied it and it did not pay out. Left 2 messages AGAIN, and no calls returned from Chelsea. Drive the extra distance and open your account somewhere else.

Awful bank period! I make a deposit in cash and they put it on hold... that has never happened in any other locations ... just stay away from this location!
