Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was my second visit and as good as the first. Fast, friendly service in a clean restaurant. We like the availability of outside seating. Fries are better than Wendy's and Burger King's, nice and crispy! Great burgers and ice cream treats.

I love their cheese burgers and fries. We all know they have great ice cream!

I've walked in once or twice but most of the time I have my German shepherd with me. They have pup cups there which is a $1 ice cream cup with a dog treat in it. Sapphire loves it lol. As far as the service the reason for four stars is 3/4 of the time or more whoever is working in the window is very nice smiles talks even comments on my German Shepherd but occasionally I'll get a worker that doesn't even acknowledge us just snags the money pushes our food out the window and that's about it no highs, buys or have a great day. I mean other than that occasional happening it's usually pretty nice and a great atmosphere.

It was very busy and the employees were still friendly. Ice cream was delicious.

I stopped at this place twice in passing - once on the way to where I was headed, and once heading out because I was so satisfied with it the first time! Quick moving drive-thru, friendly service, and great ice cream. Had a chocolate cone and a strawberry shake, and both were very refreshing. I'll definitely stop by again!

We've gone through this DQ, typically drive thru, and never had any bad experiences. They are generally fast and the workers were pretty efficient. Nothing to complain about. Blizzards and food are both good, average but standard for fast food, particularly Dairy Queen. It's a bonus that they take gift cards since the Mansfield ones don't as they're not part of the franchise.

Me and my Wife stopped in here after dinner and it was fairly busy. The girl working the counter l could tell was probably fairly new and seemed a little nervous in trying to keep up. I think she was doing a great job and hope things get easier for her. Overall a good experience.

Great Food and Wonderful Staff

I'm both a grateful co-worker and customer here. I love it here at this restaurant,it's a beautiful and clean restaurant. I can tell that all of my staff and managers who work here with me love working here, they all keep the customers as their #1 priority, everybody who works here with me have great personalities with each other and the customers. Everybody I work with and work for love staying busy and gets things done efficiently. I strongly recommend families of all sizes and ages to check this place out and eat here,even if it's the first time eating here check this place out.all the staff and managers go above and beyond to keep this restaurant open and running and customers happy. And sometimes if the customers have a request about a desert or food they would like us to add to our menu,our managers work hard and go above and beyond to find it and add it to our menu. Also my managers and co-workers enjoy getting to know their customers just like I Do and we all make good friends with the customers.

I love that they don’t argue when you ask for an extra large shake. Some locations are extremely difficult for no reason, and insist they don’t have extra large. That’s unacceptable. They are always pleasant to interact with, and it’s absolutely my favorite place in all of Ohio.

Dairy Queen has quickly become my new favorite place to eat. I love how they now have food (other than icecream) and I LOVE their salads. Also happy to see they now offer dairy free, gluten free icecream. Haven't tried it yet but its on my list.

I'm always on the look out for a good cheeseburger and I had 2, with bacon, from DQ gas and chill in Galion on Portlandway N. Make sure you have napkins, because they're a little messy, but worth it.

Love this place. Never a bad experience. Haven't dined in to any DQ in awhile, they brought us our shakes.

Good burgers, not put together sloppy it was very neat!! Really good blizzards. The customer service was outstanding!! Really nice people and everyone had a smile on their faces and looked like they were enjoying their job. High recommended place to go.

I just wanted to share that the employees tonight were doing amazing job working hard on such a busy night short staffed I wanted to say thank you especially to the lady at the cash register she was so friendly and they are swamped both inside and at the drive thur thank you for being kind and wanted to say Marie your doing a great job. Thank you for wonder customer service.

Order was filled correctly, very good burger, shake was very good. Fries were not hot for my taste but not cold enough to get replaced.
