Very good customer service from all staff from first walking in the store to delivery and follow up
The manager Dan is one of the best I have seen in a long time. He is both personable and knowledgeable....with common sense. Go check them out. Oh they have 6 mo same as cask too and a special order system. This is a business that wants to Excell. I'm impressed.

Our local showplace is amazing. Everyone's super kind, and Dan is always willing to help the customer! He picked out an amazing couch for me and honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service!

The sales staff are wonderful they work with you the best they can possible. They are always on time with deliveries and if they ain't got it in the the they will find it for you. Now the store manger Lorie is amazing she deserves a raise or bonus for all the up and beyond she does for the store and customers. Sarah deserves the same. I've been a customer for along time and they put up with me and that alone should get them a raise....

Very helpful and very nice people. They are willing to help as much as they possibly could. The manager Tyler was very respectful and helped with anything I didn't understand. I would highly recommend this store over any other Showplace I've been to.10/10 rating

I really like doing business with them up here at showplace. Lori and the gang has always made it very affordable for us to be able to get all the things that we need. I don't know what I would do with out them sometimes. Thanks to all of you up at showplace for being there in our time of need.

I rented a new bed. It had to be ordered but that was okay with me. My salesman ( I forgot his name. Im so sorry) was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He treated me very nice. Very clean store. Nice inventory.

Rented a lift chair to try for a month from local Galion office.. Chair was delivered promptly during window of time expected to a local nursing home. While the chair was brand new from their warehouse, the user found it too big and not comfortable enough.
Stopped back into local Galion office on a Friday to request that it be picked back up. The following Monday their team arrived promptly during window of time and picked up the chair. Office personnel and delivery team were all very professional and I appreciated all they did.

The customer service is always great and Zack was awesome helping me out finding the next best thing I wanted after I pay off my washer and dryer which is my perfect bed. Thank you so much.
