Heise Park

Very nice park they have alot of new playground equipment. We took our 2 year old grandson he loved it. They still have the curly slides that I remember new when I was a kid.

They have made some fantastic upgrades in the past two years to this park. Great playground equipment. Soft landing surface. Open, clean restrooms. Hand sanitizer stations. A good park for the kids!

Absolutely great place to take kids, with a wide variety of play equipment for any age up to teens. The soft grid is much more comfortable and less frustrating than the typical rubber mulch you'll find on other, modern playgrounds.

Bring an umbrella, however, as there is minimal local shade until late in the day.

Surprisingly peaceful for being located in the middle of town. On-site restrooms were clean and stocked.

Very nice community park. Two playground areas Nice Pic tables and shelters. An extremely nice swimming pool. The Tigers football field and track is also connected to the park.

What an awesome asset for the Galion Community. The park features The Galion Tiger Stadium, Baseball Fields, Swimming Pool, Multiple Playgrounds,Tennis Courts and Shelter Houses. Heise Park is a great place for a picnic lunch or to spend an afternoon. Love to ride my bike through the park. Lots of good memories here.

Nice, well-constructed park for kids. Even when it's really busy, there are enough play areas to keep everyone occupied. Parents are generally attentive so if there are any problems there they're usually quelled fairly quickly. As a side note, this is also a nice place to watch fireworks for 4th of July.

The park is very nice. It's very clean and well organized. Great looking pool, wonderful playground for children. It would be a great place for a family gathering.

It's a great clean Park in a great small town there is plenty of equipment in the park that a stream runs through it's complete with slides swings Teeter totters and an airplane that you can rock back and forth on and bars for older kids but you can do pull ups on and other things and behind the park if it's in the spring summer or fall is the city park which is very nice very clean and very well maintained it has a nice water slide and it also has a smaller pool for SE infants and toddlers and young kids and if you visit galyon you can feel safe because there's not a bad Street in town and your family and kids will have fun there and be safe there there's less than a mile away is a very nice Motel food shopping centers gas stations anything you could possibly want you will really enjoy the spark have a great day

Great park for kids to play and exercise. Swinging, climbing, spinning, and even a little music making! Very nice park close to plenty of food franchises.
