Ohio Valley Vision Center

The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Jaegla was thorough, but quick in getting me on my way. Glasses are expensive, but helpful if you have vision insurance.

My wife and I were patients today at Ohio Valley Vision Center.
All employees that took care of us were extremely pleasant. I do not have one negative remark. The office was exceptionally clean. And the Doctor was very kind and friendly.

Awesome staff and doctors in Steubenville! Monica helped me pick out the cutest glasses. Best experience I’ve ever had for an eye exam all around.

I see a couple bad reviews for this place, saying someone shows up late for appointment and they should have been taken before the person who was late, sorry but you have to wait your turn. Staff is very friendly and courteous, doctor is also very nice, I tried other places but didn't get the friendly professional service like you do here, I'd recommend this place to anyone. I know I'll never change love the staff.

I recently had an unfortunate accident involving my eye, and Ohio Valley Vision Center got me in right away to be taken care of. Everyone at the office was super friendly and Dr. Jagela was awesome - thank you so much for everything! Injuring your eye can be very scary, but everyone was so wonderful and compassionate - I will be recommending them to everyone.

Ive been going to Dr. Jagela/ Dr. Howenstein/ Ohio Valley Vision Center since 1987 and will not go anywhere else! Their very helpful, friendly staff really cares about your vision and your health and they come very highly recommended by me. I've been wearing glasses/ contacts for 31 years and not only do I get the best on the optical end but I've been a diabetic for 27 years and Dr. Jagela has only done the best at caring for my eyes on the medical end especially when I had retinopathy due to pregnancy. I can not say enough great things about this place!

Very nice people, only problem is google maps has you going to a different location on the other side of the hospital. You need to go to the Medical complex. It’s attached to the hospital on the far right side, passed the ER.

Fantastic office, very pleasant office personnel, I was completely satisfied with my entire experience. Very knowledgeable trustworthy. I would highly recommend for all of your eye care

Receptionists are awful and extremely unprofessional, especially the main older lady. I have gone to Dr. Jagela for many years. Love him and the ones that work in the glasses dept. But after several awful and disrespectful experiences at the desk, I will not be back.

Very slow. Take a gentleman that showed up 20 mins late for his appointment before me when it was my appointment time. Rude staff and unprofessional. No signs showing where their office is or what floor it is on. Doesn't tell you on the phone you have to wear a mask but make you wear one when you show up. Will never go again.
