Great food, great prices, great service!! The employees have always been very friendly and fast and on the very rare occasion that my order isn't right they promptly refund my money AND replace the food! I've also never had food that tastes old!! Love this particular Wendy's location!!

Good location even when it's busy. Wait time usually looks worse than it is, Steubenville people don't like to get out of their cars so when the drive thru line is full, just walk inside it's almost always empty.

New manager has turned that place around. Need to eliminate the people at the counter and install keyous. Much better service that way. Many other states have already done it

Very clean store. Food was very good and was served quickly. Costs a little more than other fast food, but you get what you pay for.

Dereck Dallas is a very polite worker at this Wendy's. He does an amazing job at what he does. I've had bad experiences at Wendy's before and he did and outstanding job.

Always pleased when visiting Wendy's. Food is always hot order correct. Unlike some other fast food restaurants where the food is cold.
