I had Flooring America do my LVP flooring and I couldn't be happier. They are simply stunning! Eric Hoyer was amazing to work with...he is super responsive, the prices are a tad better than their competitors, but oh their service and their installers were just amazing. We were so lucky to have gotten Joey and Wade as our installers. They are absolute perfectionists and did a beautiful job. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up each day and my floors look 100X better than I could have hoped for. If I could give Flooring America more than 5 stars I would. They're simply the best.

Not only do I love my new floors, but the experience has been amazing as well!!! Eric Hoyer is the guy to ask for, he is patient, easy going and has a great eye for design and detail!! The contractors he chose were professional and super helpful, especially Aaron that did the hardwood. Highly recommend!

Great customer service from Bob Kerwin. He went above and beyond to help restore our finished basement after water damage. Bob was a wealth of knowledge and helped us select the perfect flooring for our house.

Extremely good work from Flooring America by Donna and Aaron. Donna went the extra mile to arrange a relatively small wood flooring repair. Wood floor along one wall was discolored by exterior water leak. Repair project was tricky because the oak floor is engineered wood "floated" over concrete slab. Damaged flooring needed to be cut out, replaced, and joined to the remainder of the floor. Donna made a number of trips here in the past month or more. She made calls to a number of subcontractors before she found one who was willing to tackle it. She ordered some T molding ahead of time and confirmed it would match our floor. The damaged floor was replaced today by Aaron, an experienced floor contractor.
Highly recommend Donna, Aaron, and Flooring America.

We were referred to Bob Kerwin last year when we remodeled our kitchen and also wanted to install a new floor throughout the downstairs. Bob was very helpful in selecting the right flooring for us. He coordinated the install timing with the other contractors involved in the kitchen demo and cabinet installation. Everything worked out perfectly. The installers, Aaron and Scott, were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and quality of the finished product. This year we contacted Bob again to get the same flooring installed throughout the rest of the house. We made a point of requesting Aaron and Scott for the installation. Once again, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Done on time, on schedule, and high quality - again. This company is the best and if we had more floor to replace we’d hire them in a heartbeat!!

When we told a friend that we wanted to install wood floors in our home they recommended Flooring American Design Center. We met Bob Kerwin and he and took his time to educate us about 'wood floors'. They met promised their schedule on delivery and Bob's installation crew was great. We are very pleased with the finished product and are happy to recommend Flooring America Design Center.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great flooring options and amazing customer service! I was introduced to them by default because our home builder used them but with many issues we have had with our new home flooring was never one of them. I am not the easiest of customers and Jimmy Smith always treated me like I was his most important customer. I will be a Flooring America customer for life!

Could not be happier with this company. From the front desk (Lacey) to our sales/design guy (Bob Kerwin) and installer (Daniel), everyone was extremely nice and professional. Replaced ceramic tile kitchen floor with new laminate and installer (Daniel) was absolutely perfect with everything. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I will say this Flooring Company is the best. They installed new hardwood and refinished it. Installed new vinyl in my kitchen and new carpet in my bedrooms & hallway. The workmanship was neat,clean, very detailed and the installers are the best. My Sales rep. Donna was great to work with and she evem stopped by to look at it when it was finished which was very nice. I would recommend this company and Donna to everything.

Great selection, love the new carpet for our family. The installers did a clean job without any damage to baseboards or walls and did the whole house in one day. Ask for Chad Newdigate. He took great care of us, start to finish.

We used this company more than once in the past and loved them, we moved about a month ago and called to get flooring to find out our old sales rep (Lloyd) took a promotion in Columbus and decided to go with another company (Empire) Huge mistake! Stick with these guys and don't make the same mistake we did!
