AT&T Store

I had a great experience with Julian yesterday. I was having some issues with my phone, and he was able to correct these issues within five minutes. Julian and the other staff member that was there were both very personable and upbeat. The store was clean, and I had a very positive experience. I definitely recommend!

I went to this AT&T store to get a new phone and the employees here are very kind and friendly. Chevez was very helpful and setting my new phone up.

Hands down, THE best darn store in the area! The staff has been EXTREMELY patient with me. I have been shopping around for new services (I ALWAYS ask way too many questions) and they have been more than helpful and patient with me (even though, I can be too much, yikes)!
As Fiber will soon, be available in my area, my family has decided to make the switch to AT&T.

Sweetest and most patient staff ever. Two younger gentlemen that work together are the sweetest. My son says that's his friends!

If you go here ask for Milo! Had such a great experience at this location!! They were very attentive and made the process quick and easy. The manager there was very sweet and also introduced himself to make sure everything was taken care of. 10/10

This is by far the best AT&T location I’ve been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I got my phone and they even made sure everything from my old phone transferred over before I left. Can’t say enough good things about them! I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out!

Tanasia was my sales rep today! she was extremely polite, patient and considerate and made sure that I was taken care of adequately. She talked with my husband and I letting us know our available options for purchasing a new phone she also helped me get the best deal! I am extremely happy with my Phone and I Strongly recommend her services!

First time visiting to upgrade my phone and Brody was working and gave great customer service! He wasn’t pushy or pressuring me to buy anything just giving me the facts and answers to all my questions! In and out with a brand new phone in under a hour! Ask for Brody when you stop in there.

ricky was our sales rep today and he was GREAT! he was very thorough and helped us get the best deal for our needs, i recommend him every time. ☺ he even cracked a few jokes and made it seem like he knew personally and not as a transaction.

I opened a new account yesterday with AT&T. I found the people in this store exceptionally friendly, helpful and would do their best to suggest the options that suit you needs. Lenasia was the best customer service person in my opinion. Thanks and best regards to all.

My BF & I went to this store, after getting so many different stories from customer service, to inquire about phone upgrades.. The manager Irene went above & beyond, best customer service we've ever had from anywhere. Period. Not only did she help us each get a top notch phone, but she also researched to find us the best plan since Veterans benefits had increased & no one else had mentioned it after 4 calls to customer service.. Plus the second phone we needed was at another location & she personally drove there to get it & brought it back while the first phone was being set up.. She totally setup our phones, registered our warranties, put on the liquid glass, & answered every question thoroughly!! My BF & I were highly impressed & will never deal with any other store again! This experience is what real customer service is all about.. Thank you so much Irene! We love our new LG V40 Thinq phones we didn't really think we could afford, till she helped us😊

My Husband and father-in-law received the best customer service at your store. They said the lovely lady that helped them went above and beyond in resolving their phone upgrade and setting everything up for my father-in-law’s phone.

Keira was AMAZING!! My husband & I were shopping for new phones and had trouble receiving our pin number for our old account through Sprint as the Sprint Customer Service was terrible. They were rude, not helpful at all and kept trying to upsale offering better discounts than before but I told them we are not pleased with Sprints service, still no help and completely refused to send my pin number.
I decided to call them back and finally found someone to help and sent me the pin number.
My husband & I are not computer (electronics) savvy but Keira was the most patient person I have ever seen. She was handling questions from her other peers with so much kindness and understanding.
She was dealing with lots of problem accounts but quickly knew the answers on how to guide them.
My husband & I are extremely pleased wit the Customer Service she gave us and suggest a raise in her pay if at all possible.

A new young lady was in there working this past week when she ended up working alone because the manager had to leave. The store was swamped! She had to call ATT CS at one point and they were difficult...she handled them like a BOSS! He was giving her a run around and never shut up for her to ask a question. But it's great to see new employees with confidence getting the job done! Wish I knew her name.

My wife and I needed a upgrade but had a bunch of questions. They took their time and explained our options and made sure we were completely satisfied before proceeding. They didn't try to up sell us and treated us as more then just customers.

All future phone transactions will be done here.

Very friendly and clean atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for me! If you stop in, make sure to see Brody or Milo!
