Donley Ford of Galion is "Amazing". Today, 08/09/24.... I purchased a used Ford Escape from Donley. Everyone in the dealership was so kind and helpful. Andy, my salesman listened to me, and was so patient. If I didn't understand something, he would go over it again. And, they will work with you anyway possible to see that you have a pleasant buying experience. I live 50 miles away, but I would "not" think about going anywhere else. All of my needs were met! And, from past experience they have an excellent service department. "Need service after the sale".

Renaldo was an absolute legend! I initially inquired about a vehicle, but it was already sold no biggie for Renaldo. He went full-on detective mode to find me another one. It wasn't an easy task, but when I asked about a used car on the lot, he casually dropped that they had a brand new one for me to test drive. We set up the appointment, and here's the best part: they let me test drive it solo! No backseat drivers from the dealership, thank you very much. I mean, I'm an adult, not a toddler in a booster seat. Plus, Renaldo worked his magic to find a price that was just right for me. Highly recommend Donley Ford and Renaldo every single time!

Buying a car can be a daunting task... buying a car for someone else can make it even more daunting. That was my case. I was helping my 89-year old dad get a good used car that he can make small trips in. We looked at Donley in Galion because it's close to his home. We found one dad liked... made arrangements for dad to see it... then I worked with Tim McCane at Donley's Galion location to start the process. Tim was great... he was very patient and I never felt any pressure. We finalized the deal, signed the papers, and now dad has his 2015 Ford Escape Titanium tucked away in his garage... ready for his "small" trips. Thanks to Tim, Drew in financing, and everyone at Donley Ford in Galion who made my dad and me feel comfortable during the process. One more note... I live in Columbus and have bought cars there, and in my personal experience, at some dealerships it's a high-pressure circus show - very exhausting. As I said at the start, buying a car can be daunting, but Tim, Drew and Donley made my situation as seemless as it could be. THANK YOU!

Although work and travel time made it hard for us to meet in-person communications through phone and text messages was well maintained enjoyed the experience of the small family type dealership definitely didn't feel like just a number Andy and the rest of the staff were great , and though i just met Andy for the first time I felt as though we were friends that knew each other for years .
I would highly recommend Donley ford and they will be my first stop when we're in the market again in the future!!! 2 thumbs up!!!
