This hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Every single staff member we ran into was super helpful and friendly. The person working the breakfast area went as far as coming to each table and asking how everyone was enjoying their breakfast. It's the little touches that say the people who work here take pride in their work. I docked a star for location because the hotel isn't really by anything, but it was 5 stars overall for cleanliness and staff.

The area around the hotel is clean and quiet, besides traffic. Upon entering the hotel, it smelled amazing! Air fresheners all around. The room was clean, the pool was clean, just all around clean. The breakfast was hot, with plenty of choices. I was pretty expressed, because a lot of hotels have slowly lost their sense of hospitality.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family and would 100/10 recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone traveling to Bucyrus, Ohio. The customer service was excellent and the coffee/espresso maker made early mornings much better! Our room was exceptionally clean and anytime we needed anything it felt like all the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. This is the only hotel we’ll be staying at when we visit our family next. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!! 😊

The rooms felt pretty clean and the whole hotel smelled good. The breakfast selection was pretty good and it included bacon. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! :) Would totally stay here again if I'm ever looking for a place in the area. It's kinda funny how it's in the middle of no where lol

I was in town to film a movie and upon checking in I was greeted by Melody at the front desk and she was an amazing friendly lady. She was full of laughter and smiles and made me feel right at home. More hotels need a front desk lady like Melody. The room was very comfy and very clean. I highly recommend this gem 💎 of a hotel if you are ever are in the area and need a great place to stay and rest.

Stayed here for a night and it is quite nice for the price. The staff was very nice and quiet accommodating to me andy fiancee needs. The room was very nice and clean when we arrived

Only thing I would suggest for the hotel is to get rid of the doors that interconnect rooms and make them a solid wall instead for a more peaceful experience and less noise from the neighboring room

Being from the south. The folks there are really nice and friendly. The hotel was nice and updated. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

I was traveling alone to unknown town, very intimidating if you are not used to this scenario. Needed to stay the night to be at an appointment the next day at 7:15am. I booked my room online, customer service was very good. The gals at check in and check out were friendly, helpful and understanding. My room was clean, loved having fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blow dryer in my room. Having a desk area to work from was a big plus for me and my needs. My only two 4⭐ rating were, running out of tissues, no extra box to replace empty box and, shower water flow, need better shower head for better water pressure, took too long to wash and rinse my long hair. Other than that I would stay here again without hesitation. I felt very safe and secure in my room. If you are a female traveling alone, this is a great place to stay. Very close to highway. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast. Worth the cost for sure. Thank you to the staff for treating me so well.

Great hometown hotel. Pool is up and running. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have always been clean.

Jennifer, the manager and her husband Mike took great care of us. Hotel is clean, housekeeping staff was excellent. Tracy was especially kind. Brought water when I was working out. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Due to covid restrictions, the pool was not open which was disappointing but the rest of the amenities were nice. Quiet property, not directly on the highway

Everything and everyone was superb! Wish I could add a pic of my delicious, fulfilling breakfast. Room was spotlessly clean and had anything you would need. Staff was attentive and super friendly.

Brand new hotel less than 6 months old. Very beautiful and clean inside and out. Our check in was short and sweet. Very quiet and smooth elevator ride to our floor. Our room was amazing! Our king size bed was soft yet firm and so comfortable. Love having the choice of the 5 different pillows on the bed. Room has mini fridge, microwave, large TV and closet with ironing board and iron. The black out blind on the window was amazing for sleeping in. Bathroom was a nice size with a fantastic shower. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was good. Hash browns, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal, muffins, apple juice, orange juice, milk....and some very amazing coffee. Best coffee I have ever tasted and it was decaf! Did not get a chance to check out the pool. Will have to check it out the next time. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! A mishap on my end was fixed by the front desk staff and hotel manager. They went above and beyond to help me. I mainly worked with Maddy, who was in training and an absolute GEM!
On a side note, I don't think they realized that they were offering assistance with my son's wedding by putting the bride in touch with another property last minute. (Severe storm morning of outdoor wedding. )

Stayed here one night for a wedding in town. I was nervous that the accommodations in such a small town would be ….lacking….but was actually very pleasantly surprised!

A standard, moderate hotel with clean and well appointed rooms, a decent grab & go breakfast included in the cost and helpful staff. Has a pool, but it was closed during our stay. Also had an outdoor fireplace, but no seating around it (I think still getting back to normal from the Covid pandemic.) However, for what we needed I was very satisfied. Quiet place, literally looks out over a cornfield.

Will almost certainly never be in town again, but would recommend to anyone who needs accommodations in the area.

Super great night's sleep, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and the front desk staff were very nice and attentive. They also didn't just have the bagged breakfast like some hotels have right now. They had muffins, danishes, yogurt, and microwave egg and cheese wraps- all prepackaged!
