My family had some car trouble trying to get home to visit extended family in western NY a few weeks ago. After breaking down right outside of Baldwinsville, my husband called around and Ken’s Auto was able to take our car in and fix it. We started going to Ken and Josh after having enough of a certain other local repair shop. These guys are polite, have much, much better people skills than the other shop we used to go to. Always fair, honest and a pleasure to do business with. I am a retired auto tech with 35 years of experience under my belt. I don't want to mess around with the more complex repairs any more, so I like that they are close by, and willing to take our vehicles in for diagnoses and repair.

These guys helped me out in a pinch when I was traveling through the area and my car broke down. They took me in right away and fixed it up ASAP. I bought a new battery at AutoZone and the guy at the store wasn't able to remove the old one due to some very rusted parts. He suggested I take it to Ken's to see if they could change it out.
Went over and the young man I spoke to immediately dropped everything to help me. I did not get his name, but he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He switched out the batteries and charged me almost nothing.

Definitely great service...any more trouble with my poor old Chevy and I will be calling Ken's.

I have been going to Ken's for a few years now. It's SO important, as a woman, to have a trustworthy, dependable, reasonable and timely mechanic. The guys at Ken's have always been amazing and spot on with their diagnosis of any issues that have arisen with my vehicles. Cannot say enough about this awesome family-run business!!!

This is a family owned business, my husband and sons run this garage! We do not do towing, however you can have your car towed in from YOUR choice of business! We are reasonable, professional and take our job seriously! As for the one that gave my husbands business a 1 star rating , I think you have the wrong business!

We travel to the area from out of state several times a year to visit family. This Christmas holiday, the car started making some pretty bad noises when shifting gears a few days into the stay. We found Ken’s Auto online and were praying they could fix it. They looked at the car on New Year’s Eve and determined it was a bad transfer case.....a major repair. Many of the supply vendors were closed for the holidays. They found the part as soon as everything reopened on Jan 2nd. It was delivered on Jan 3rd and they spent all day working on it to get us back on the road to Virginia. Couldn’t be more appreciative of them getting us back on the road so quickly!

This is not a glitzy, fancy repair shop. This IS a fantastic family business, reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable. So glad we found this one!
