I went in today and was helped by the associate Lewis at the Batavia location. He could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He went the extra mile to find the wipers that fit my car even though they were showing they weren’t in stock. He even helped me put them on. This is how sales associates should be. I will definitely be back to that location in the future.

I was here the other day and the lady that was working was very helpful, helped me get the right wiper blades and even helped and showed me how to put them on, in the rain with a smile on her face! Thank you again!

Fantastic service! Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately helped me with my headlights and windshield wiper fluid, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes and all my issues were solved.

More helpful than advanced better quality parts equal the Napa cheaper and they have a 24-hour store if you need to go and get something anytime

Tyler Roth was soooo extremely helpful to my husband and myself. We had been traveling from Phoenix, AZ all day and when we arrived to our car at the Roc airport our car was dead! Manager Daniel took care of replacing a bad battery in my wife's crv even after I told him I'd do it he went out of his way to make sure job was satisfactory thanks!
