Tough to get an appointment but worth the wait. These guys were pros - great at communicating, worked fast to identify the problem and quick to fix it. While waiting I felt very comfortable in their showroom - was able to eat lunch at one of their tables and managed to get some work done too! I look forward to working with them again. 10 out of 10!

My car's regular 30K maintenance was performed on time by appointment, took less time than quoted efficiently, comfortable waiting room, friendly staff. I had a question the next day regarding how long it should take for the TPMS to start reading correctly and the question was answered promptly. I will be bringing my car there from now on. Best service department I have ever dealt with. I needed new tires on my 2020 grand Cherokee after moving from FL to upstate. Dustin was extremely helpful, kind and professional. After talking on the phone he texted me a quote for new tires and got me in for an appointment the same day.

The 2023 ram is the second new car we bought from this dealership theis year! They worked hard both times to get the vehicles we wanted at the price we wanted. 2023 hyundia elantra hybrid which is averaging 54 mpg and now the 2023 Ram Midnight edition. Thank you Cody Brewster. I don’t often leave reviews, but I had to based off my stellar experience with Scott, at Royal Chrysler in Oneonta. I almost didn’t go, because to be honest about 10 years ago I had a not so pleasant experience at this dealership with a very pushy/rude salesman. I’m truly grateful I gave them another chance! When I arrived, I had a list of questions and concerns and was almost certain I would not find what I wanted that fit my budget (and previously hated the whole car buying experience) but Scott sat with me and took time to address all my questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and was the most genuine, calm and kind salesman I have ever worked with. I left that day feeling like I had made a new friend in a way, who actually cared about my needs instead of just what money he would make off the deal. I’m thrilled with my new car and even more happy with my experience with Scott at Royal. I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to friends! Thank you again 😊

Thank you Royal for excellent service every time! I purchased my RAM from your dealership a couple years ago. Your service department is the best I have ever dealt with. I have confidence that the work will be done correctly and timely. When an unexpected problem arises I have been informed and given the cost and extra time estimate. Although everyone in service is excellent, Barry has gone above and beyond to help me out. Paul took the time to let me know that the truck would be due soon for a service and what the cost would be. I appreciate the heads up. I take my Silverado there for service too! Nice people with small town integrity. If you purchase a vehicle from Royal or just use the service department you won’t be sorry.
PS: They also have a courtesy ride to local shopping etc for when I don’t want to just sit and wait.
