UNDERCOVER EGGPLANT CO.

Great spot for lunch mid day between baseball games at All Star Village! We ordered from menu inside and sat outside on a beautiful 70 degree day! Lots of space for the team, sun and umbrellas! Sandwiches were HUGE, Terrells chips were awesome and the kids LOVE the pizza!

Ordered a bunch of sandwiches for a large party. Everyone raved about them, but the pasta salad really took it over the edge to an 11/10. Maria was awesome in ensuring the subs were maximally delicious even after a long drive to bring them to our cabin.

Fabulous food! The waitress was very sweet and kind, actually running into the parking lot to give me a loaf of fresh-baked bread as I left. My sandwich, Louisiana Locksmith, was delicious. Cannot recommend more.

Huge sandwiches we should have split one between my wife and I. Came with a side of pasta salad that was really good too. I got roast beef wife got turkey both loaded and very good.

Come for the name (and its awesome origins) and stay for the fantastic, towering sandwiches that are a joy to view from every angle. Clean, crisp fillings, carefully layered, interspersed with the proteins of your choice, floating atop soft, freshly baked bread. Whatever you think of the name, you're bound to love the food.

The garlic eggplant pizza is to die for. Their sourdough bread was amazing!! Drove from Long Island, NY and had to stop and bring home some food. Their sandwiches are huge and come with a side of pasta salad, which is to die for. Always on point. Wish I lived closer.

Excellent sandwiches and salads. Food quality has always been outstanding as I've eaten here for years. Prices are very fair considering portions.
