I am a Rochester native and I have relocated to Atlanta. I was in need of the perfect " I'm Sorry " gift for my dear friend. I had requested his treat to be delivered to his job. Upon ordering online I had asked if the delivery could be made before 4 pm and the girl on the phone said she couldn't promise but the possibility was likely. Little did I know the gift recipient was leaving work at 2pm...I got a call from the individual who delivered the arrangement right before 2pm almost on the dot. I am very pleased with the service even from miles away that edible arrangements was able to provide for me. Thank you to all that made this delivery possible and even delivered before my original thought of timing. You guys are great !

So pleased I choice this Edible Arrangement store. They changed their delivery schedule for me to get the wonderful arrangement to my daughter at the last minute. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate me. She LOVED it!

My order was ready to go when I got to the store in Victor. The Store Manager was so nice. I told the her how disappointed I was to hear Victor was closing. It's a 45 minute drive just to get here. Now we have to go back to picking up from Monroe Ave. Which is over an hour due to traffic!
The Manager at Victor was so friendly and cheery while we talked. I'm gonna miss talking with her.
My order was perfect!
She even put a "pumpkin" apple in for my inconvenience. Due to having to come hours earlier than I had originally scheduled my pick up time for. My order was the last order to ever be picked up from Victor! :(
I wish you would keep Victor open!
We have Christmas orders scheduled. Which now we will be driving way out of our way to pick them up. Especially since it'll be snowing.

This is the second review I’m leaving, even though I have been repeatedly asked, I don’t mind leaving a review that is excellent. Pittsford location is right around the corner and Love going there. We actually couldn’t stop talking about the fruit how fresh (how unusual for a fruit basket !) This time, a young man had personally put the basket together he was quite talented. ( I should have bought more balloons to make it even more festive!)

I had an excellent experience. The young man working was really funny.
He suggested and showed me a few ideas to send out.
I would recommend this store to anyone. They offer samples too which is a delight,especially on cold snowy days.

I’m a delivery driver for Panera and Matt is a frequent delivery customer. he has always been SO nice and generous any time deliver to him. we always talk and laugh amongst each other. today i decided since he orders from us so much that i’d order from him too and he went above and beyond and gave me a bit extra (he accidentally made too much haha) and i left with a big smile on my face.
