John was absolutely fabulous to work with. I had customization ideas and he provided me with a perfect ring choice to turn in to my dream ring. He also found a beautiful companion wedding band to complete the look. They had great options for the groom's bands as well allowing us to get everything we needed in one trip!

I had such a wonderful experience with Kim Raslawsky. I have needed to get my wedding band and engagement ring resized for a few years now, but was unable to leave it with anyone to get it done because of a traumatic event causing high anxiety just at the thought of having to leave my ring anywhere. Kim was empathetic to my unique situation and was able to arrange a day and time for me to come in and stay at the store and even watch wile they adjusted my ring for me. I had my young children with me both visits and we were all made to feel welcome by not only Kim, but the rest of the staff as well. Kim also helped my husband pick out a pearl necklace and mothers ring. Thank you Kim for you kindness and help through a very difficult time and making me so very happy and proud to be able to wear my rings again!!!

Kim made mine and my moms’ experience going to Jared so wonderful. Prior to stopping in we went to a different jeweler to look at engagement rings and it felt super rushed and not personable. when we went to Jared, Kim was so warm and welcoming. She really listened to what I liked and didn’t like and showed me my dream engagement ring. Even though she knew we were stopping by just to check out what rings were available and weren’t going to buy anything in that moment ( we were getting ideas to relay to the boyfriend, was why we stopped by) She really took the time with us and let me wear the ring the whole time we were there and even cleaning it for me so I could see it in all its glory. Kim took the time to get to know us and that meant a lot. She was so kind and extremely knowledgeable in engagement rings, diamond types etc. I also loved how we were able to make a profile for my boyfriend and she put down my ring size and all my favorite rings. I think that makes it super easy for when it’s time for him to come in and make the process smooth for him. I would recommend Jared, and especially Kim to anyone. She was amazing and has defiantly gained a life long customer in myself and family.

Got my soon to be fiancée’s ring from here. After experiencing some very pushy service at the Tonawanda/Amherst location I decided to give the Cheektowaga location a chance. Ron and Kim were super sensitive to my situation and worked with me through the process and were willing to answer any and all questions I have (even the rediculous ones lol)!
