Transferred from Texas to New York with my Job.The Guys at this Location were very Helpful and Knowledgeable about the Footwear that would work Best for Me.Other than Being Bills Fans they were Awesome

I had a crew of guys to get boots for work and we stopped into the Red Wing Store on Transit. Matt was the salesman that assisted our crew and did a fantastic job making sure every guy was takencare of. Matt's customer service was excellent, he even said goodbye to each guy individually by name as we left. Absolutly excellent experiance by a true professional! We will be back!

I needed a pair of steel-toed boots for work, and found the perfect pair here at the Depew Red Wing store. The salesman, Jim George, is passionate about boots and leather footwear; it’s obvious that it’s one of his hobbies and his knowledge is impressive.
After making some recommendations based on my price point, Jim found me a pair discounted 2233 Supersole 8“ work boots from the back that wasn’t one of the models on display, since it had been specially ordered for a customer who never picked it up.
He was able to give me leather care advice on not only boot products and cleaning supplies, but even on how to upkeep my Allen Edmonds dress shoes.
All in all, I highly recommend coming to Jim if you need to find the right pair of leather footwear, or need advice on caring for your leather boots or shoes.

As usual Matt at the Depew NY went above and beyond to locate a pair of 16 steel toed shoe. I was told Redwing not producing over 15 shoe anymore and he calls me I have something you might like! I did end up buying them PLUS new work boots also...real class act person Matt has been for the years I've dealt with him. Years ago I originally was dealing with Redwing store off of Sheridan drive till they moved to Depew location.

Great experience at this store, salesman helped me size and fit the boots that were right for me. Very helpful and informative as well. I called ahead to inquire about what was in stock and was not disappointed. Salesman also was helpful as to how was the best way to get back to highway and fastest route to get back to where I was going, due to the fact that was from out of town. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again when I need more boots. Great experience!

Excellent service! I went in today told the gentleman what I was looking for and my requirements I needed and he quickly gave me a good selection. Per my request he showed me American Made products witch were many! I made a purchase and was on my way.. the gentleman was very professional even when I tried on more then a couple pairs til I found the ones... all around Excellent experience definitely coming back!

The guy that took care of me was awesome. The poor guy had to keep going back to the stock room for boots like six times for me. He was a huge help and he finally got me into an awesome pair of boots. Oh and the store itself was just as good.

Great store the guys who work there always help you find the shoe you are looking for. I bought my first set of Red Wings here, as well as a year later they cleaned them and gave me new laces. Great place for steel toe work shoes and excellent quality too.

Great service. Great product. Have owned several pair of Redwings. Best built and longest lasting boot I know. You get what you pay for with these. Eight years with proper care for a set of boots more than justified the price. Cheaper copies last a year maybe. Once broken in they are more comfortable than anything else I have owned ( stick with it they do take a bit of break in) . Cheap boots break down these just get more comfortable . Having a shop that measures your feet and gets your size right beats sight unseen maybe it'll fit internet buying every time.

Great customer service! Went in for a pair of Iron Rangers and Matt helped me and really took his time with me. Definitely recommend going and they will be getting my business again someday! I'm loving my Iron Rangers!!

Nicholas was the perfect salesman. Walked in to the store, told him what I wanted in a boot, showed me the options, knew all about the boots (shank type, where it was made, materials, replaceable sole or not); fitted the boot first time, felt great, no upsell, no selling inserts or socks or coatings, just, rang it up and I'm out. Perfect experience. Hope they know that is what brings people in and keeps them coming back.

Had a wonderful experience with two of the guys that work there (sadly I forgot to ask for their names). Very experienced even with a very specific problem my boots had. Will go back as long as I still wear boots! 10/10 :D

I work as a fine dining server, I walk close to 10 miles per shift on a light shift (power walk) at the time had a nice lil actually not so lil belly going ... my back pain was outrageous so tight and uncomfortable tried everything from shoes to chiropractor you name it ! When I finally got my first pair of red wings and after the first day 6-7 shifts for my legs getting used to the weight my LIFE WAS CHANGED FOREVER! no pain ever again! wore the same pair for 5 years.
Writing this review because I just had to google what time they open because I’m going to get my new pair in the AM.... and is the kids would say it’s gonna be lit!

Have been coming to this store for over 15 years, a friend told me about what a great boot store it was and he was !00 % correct, their are stores much closer but they lack one very important factor, and that would be the store manager Mr Burgio. Mr Burgio could not have been more helpful, he knew more about his product than anyone I have ever done business with, he helped me find the best work boots ever. Thank you Mr Burgio and Red Wing for making such a high quality product
