The people that own and run this business are top shelf customer service people. They don't try to oversell you but do explain the differences of products. This is the only place I buy from. I just bought my latest Maytag washer from them.

Very awesome company.. I called on a Friday chris was very helpful. My fridge crapped the bed and Chris had me another fridge by Monday. He had another drop off and even a dentist appt and I still had my fridge.. he cared about my situation and losing my groceries Friday. You don't find too many people to hurry and get you something you need and very friendly, caring and kind.. chris and Jason are very caring compassionate people.. 5 stars brought fridge, put in my house and put together more companies need to be more like them.. and very reasonable priced as well.

So the washer we bought 22 years ago from MSTV & A FINALLY crapped out... went down there yesterday and picked out a new Whirlpool, paid for it this morning and it was delivered, installed and washing my first of many loads by noon!! Do not underestimate the professionalism of MSTV & Appliance!! Very satisfied and thankful we have them right here in Medina!!

Very nice people to deal with no pressure they let you look around and don't follow you around like the big box stores A+ place to shop.
