Burger King

This review is for the specific worker that just made my bacon cheeseburger. They loaded it up with bacon, ketchup and mustard without me asking. Usually there's only enough ketchup and mustard to just have a taste of it and that's not enough for my liking.
To rate the actual restaurant itself is difficult bc I'm usually waitin a long time weither it's my personal order or a pickup for DD/UE. I've been told it's bc of short staff but how can you be short staffed for well over a year now, whichever.
Thank you to that person today, although they aren't going to know im referring to them. Making this review specifically just for my own pleasure lol.

Fast, good food nice staff, great parking

Went there this morning and got an order of delicious hash browns and they were fresh and quick service definitely made my day, also an added bonus seeing an old friend who I hadn't seen in over a decade!! I'll definitely be coming back to this BK!!

Wasn't very happy there today. One couple in front of us trying to order on that new order machine that they have. Was having a problem. Finally after 20 min someone came out & helped them. Then we're waiting this whole time. Then another girl took our order after waiting 5 mins of them looking at us. Gave our order took another 15 mins for it to get it. Next time I'll go to McDonald's

I went to this Burger King tonight and holy cow I was impressed. The staff from start to finish from taking the order to the cash out to getting my food was a breath of fresh air. So friendly and so happy to be taking care of me that I was almost caught off guard. The young man who took my payment was exceptional. I really am stunned that a fast food experience could be this good.

I order from this restaurant all the time, whether going in-person (which I usually do) or via DoorDash. I am more BK-biased myself for fast food burg, but bear with me. They've yet to mess up an order even when busy for me, which I'm grateful for. Their sandwiches are well-assembled, and their value menu feels like it has more bang for its buck than McDonald's or Wendy's. I swear I've ordered the same value meals for no more than ~$6 every time I've walked in. Always a treat when I swing by, whether out for a walk or shopping at Walmart or Aldi's.

We enjoy BG at times, and for the prices, the deals are great. We get to fast food places a couple times a week. This time was for BK, and we had the 5 for, $4 deal. The burgers are great, but, the fries are the best around in fast-food places. The restaurant was clean, and refills on drinks are free as well. We will be going back soon.

Easy to get to off a busy main road. Awesome young people running the front line. Quick service even when they're swamped. Drive through is one of the quickest I have ever times out. If you're on the run and need breakfast/lunch/dinner these are your people and this is a great place.

Despite me showing up underdressed and clearly exhausted, they didn't fail to make me smile a little with their pleasant service. One of the nicest Burger Kings I've been to so far. Very clean, very impressed.

Every time I come to this Burger King in Lockport. I am greeted by the same cashier. His name tag says Stan. He is an older gentleman. His warm smile and his greeting when I walk in and then his friendly goodbye when I leave. Just touches my heart. I come in with my toddler and he sees I have my hands full. He brings my tray right to me. Thank you Stan for always being so kind to your costumers.

I'm so happy that Burger King offers a veggie burger. I just tried one for the first time and it is super delicious! Good service and my cashier was friendly and helpful. Also had clean bathrooms which is always a bonus.

Service and food were excellent here! It's so nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and great attitude at 9:30 at night. Very cleanly place and burgers, fries and mozzarella sticks were hot and shakes hit the spot.

They get 5 stars for accommodating vegetarians and vegans better than 95 percent of fast food joints. Also, the older gentleman behind the counter rocks!

I used to really like Lockport burger King. My wife and I would bring our children there for a treat. They have/had a bully behind the counter kicking customers out with threats to call police and charge us with trespassing. I haven't been back since.

Love this location my favorite by far! I have VERY.... Let's say..... SPECIFIC.... Children. One wants only ketchup, another would like absolutely nothing and the last ketchup n cheese only.... They ALWAYS get it right!! Thank you guys for making dinner enjoyable when we go out and for getting it right every single time!!❤

Tasty tasty as always. Giant burgers and drinks. The best fries! Had breakfast yesterday and was pleased to say the least the crasant egg and sausage delicious!!! Always pleased never disappointed!!
