Mr. Holmes is one of the most considerate, respectful, hard working business people I have had the pleasure of hiring. He is very educated on his installations and his equipment. He will give you a honest opinion with the explanation of why; all the while considerately entertaining your questioning and your opinions coming to a mutual conclusion. I was and am very pleased with his dedication to making sure he is available for his patrons even after the check is written. It was a relief to be able to hire an individual that had all the qualities a home owner deserves without the stress. He is trustworthy, honest, efficient and dedicated to his business, just the way the older generation did business.

Holmes mechanical installed a new propane boiler, with a tankless hot water heater and installed a new thermostat. These changes have assisted in our home becoming more efficient and has saved us money overall. Holmes mechanical has professional staff and Josh is a very knowledgeable individual. He is wonderful about explaining how the system functions and answered any questions along the way. His work is very clean and he was responsive to our needs, as we were in need of a new system in the middle of the winter season. He ensured we had heat restored to our home in a timely fashion. I recommend Holmes Mechanical for any HVAC needs, as I will continue to be a customer!

Josh has been the most dedicated and professional HVAC Service person I’ve ever dealt with. He’s always been available for the emergencies, and straightforward with the proactive things that need to be done.

We just had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed. From the estimate to the completion, Josh was spot on. He was timely and very professional , explaining everything.
Bill and Nick were phenomenal. Their work was meticulous. Bill explained everything along the way and answered all the questions we had. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend

Holmes Mechanical is top notch. Their new installs are as clean and up to code as possible. They are up to date in the newest technologies in the HVAC market and know how to troubleshoot and fix anything in your system. Tonight was a good example of Josh’s work ethic, he was at my house at 5pm on a Friday with his son teaching him and getting our boiler up and running. Great to see a father and fellow business owner imparting into the next generation. I highly recommend them for your next boiler install, and HVAC install!
