Red Roof PLUS+ & Suites Malone

I had a great experience from the booking process to check out. I had to make accommodations for a late check-in due to travel. From the 1st phone call, they were pleasant and ready to help. They reassured me it would not be a problem and suggested what else I could do to make the process easier. They even offered to book over the phone by choice I booked online simple and quick. I did call back because my travel left me checking in after midnight(3 am(later than what I initially discussed) I was reassured that would not be an issue the desk is 24/7 and for reassurance she made a note in my reservation. During this, she saw I had a card on file (during mobile booking) and mentioned that I could even call the day of my travel and do an auto check in since I was not arriving until 3am. This meant after a day of travel I just had to show my ID and not go through the whole check in process 🥰🥰🥰 Yes, that was also a breeze took maybe 5 minutes. Upon arrival (3am) I was greeted with a smile and given my 🔑. Room was big, had a microwave, mini fridge, and bathroom essentials including a hair dryer. I had NO problem sleeping in day one (walls were thick) As I left my room cleaning was 2 doors down, singing and having a good ol time doing her job and I never knew till I opened my door. (she was awsome) I missed complementary breakfast day 1 but day 2 got some 🧇☕🥯🥚🧃🍓🥣! My exits and returns were always met with hellos and have a good day. I travel frequently and these accommodations are definitely in my top 5! Your staff was amazing and helpful! Rooms and hotel clean.

The RedRoof Inn and Suites has become my home away from home. I always know when I visit family I have a place to stay. All the rooms are clean and comfortable, the coffee is always ready! 😊 The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Most important to me is that my pet is always welcome. 🤗

We usually avoid Red Roof due to bad past experiences, but this stay was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had plenty of parking and enjoyed our stay.

Right at the edge of entrance to town with tall brightened colors to stand out from the generic bland of colors that surrounds the building. Their parking lots are always clean and they take very good care of stray animals too. I haven't stayed there enough to write a review about the inside Experience, but the lobby and staff are great and I don't feel like they came to work to harass customers.

Stayed here with family and friends and my dog. It was awesome! They are very accommodating. The staff was friendly, and welcoming! The rooms were clean. Coffee available 24/7. Our stay was wonderful ! Would recommend if visiting Malone NY area.

Beyond our expectations! Great hotel and wonderful staff. Perfect location for our weekend of hiking. Rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly and helpful. We're planning a visit back in a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend as a good central location to everything in Malone.

The rooms were very clean and easy to move around in. The beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and spotless with 3 pillows each. Each room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All the people working there were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was what you expect. My room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again.

My mother and aunt stayed the night and they say was not bad.they got to have there cat and dog with them.

The hotel is in a great location - central to pretty much anything in Malone. The rooms are big and the entire hotel is super clean. Breakfast is a basic continental style breakfast with a waffle iron - well stocked with lots of options. The staff are super friendly and really hard working. We’ve stayed here twice this summer and we’d definitely stay again!

We found this Red Roof Plus to be extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the entire staff we engaged were amazing. I strongly recommend this motel if you are travelling in the Malone NY area.

I've stayed in other Red Roof Inns. This one is not like the others. This one is very clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was very clean! The staff were nice and polite and the breakfast was great. When I visit Malone I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, rooms were nice, Wi-Fi was good. Red Roof has stepped up their game. Was impressed, would definitely return. The bathroom sink drained slowly, but I won't ding them considering what a good stay it was. Super clean and very well maintained.

This place deserves to be more than a two star hotel. The rooms are huge and spotless. The bathrooms are large, clean, well-stocked, bright and the water pressure is fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and the staff kept the area clean. Lots of parking and a very walkable area to the pharmacy, grocery and downtown. I recommend the Riverside for a fine dinner.

The Staff here are amazing! Very friendly and polite! The on site laundry is a great plus (the old style soap machine could use an upgrade yet does help in a pinch).

The free breakfast room is well kept and the food is good! (Could use a few low sugar/low carb options for diabetics yet this is standard at most places). The coffee is great and all day access is a plus. The Ice machines are very convenient.

My room was good, comfortable and clean. However if you are offered the newly renovated suite, I suggest that one with two beds over the King size single bed rooms. The Shower and Kitchen are better in the Suite, as opposed to the small tub and smaller room of the King size ones. (We had 4 people and two rooms for our stay.)

Plenty of free parking and room for a trailer or truck is a plus while on the road. I would stay at this location again!

Good hotel, really quiet and clean and not so expensive! The only thing is the decor is a little bit outdated but an overall great place to stay

Not your typical Red Roof. This one is very clean! I owned a cleaning business for many years, so I suppose my standards are high, and I am usually disappointed. However, the lobby and common areas were clean, as was my room. Vinyl flooring definitely helps, I checked the air filters and yes! Checked behind the night stand, another home run! Nice linens, friendly staff, can't vouch for the breakfast because I brought my own.

All Red Roofs should strive to be like this one. I have stayed at close to 50 RR locations, and this one is in my top 5 favorites now. So, so clean. ALSO, you get a few 5 star hotel extras at a budget price. Hassle free, quick check-in. All accommodations are very well maintained. And again, so, so clean. Nice, quiet location too.

They were very kind. The rooms were very clean the beds were so comfortable. Along with the pillows. In the morning you could get coffee or hot chocolate and have breakfast. I definitely would recommend and stay at this hotel again and again and again.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean & everything worked. By far the customer service was amazing. I believe the front desk ladys' name was Jenna. She worked a miracle for us, she was so pleasant & all around 5 star herself! I didn't get the cleaning ladys' name but she was wonderful as well. All around, staff was pleasant, clean rooms & everything worked down to the ice maker. Thank you to all staff for making our stay an exceptional wonderful experience!
