My wife and I went to Goedecke to look at floors since we have dealt with them before and have always been happy with their work. When the flooring arrived I was called immediately to set up a time that would work to schedule the installation. The installer 'Chris' showed up on time along with the person that measured the floor to ensure the proper amount of tile was ordered. We picked Flagstone flooring which is not a standard floor as it consists of different cuts, heights, etc. For this reason, Chris the installer took the time to lay out the pattern so we could see it prior to installing incase we had any concerns with how it looked. He took the extra time to work closely with us on every step. He made it clear from the start that his #1 priority was to ensure we were happy with the floor - and he did just that! He was extremely professional and personable. My wife and I are 'old school' type folks with communication, customer service and honesty being important to us - Chris not only delivered but exceeded our expectations. Communication, Integrity and Customer Service, is the winning combo that makes Goedecke our Vendor of Choice! You will not be disappointed in selecting them for your next project!!t

This place is fabulous! They have the most knowledgeable, collaborative, responsive staff! My husband and I needed window treatments for our new house which was built in 1790. Lisa Bellman was masterful in her suggestions of what would work from a style and function perspective. She also understood our style and the historical paint color palette we used throughout the house. They have an endless selection of fabrics and materials. Lisa was so helpful with narrowing down the choices to fit exactly what we had in mind. Allison the installer is a genius. Everything looks perfect in every room. They also reupholstered our dining room chairs. Again another outstanding job. I highly highly recommended Goedecke and their skillful, accomplished team. I would give more stars to this review if it were possible!

Our home is a 200-year-old house not without its challenges.
Tim (our tile setter) is absolutely outstanding. His talent for balancing the visual effects of each tile is a gift. His gift far extends beyond that with the challenges of this home being very unlevel, and full of surprises that he was able to overcome.
Tim arrived daily with a "happy to be here attitude" and was so informative to the plan and progress each day.
We appreciate Peter stopping by for a "project checkup" and enjoyed his unique sense of humor.
Our remodeling experience with Goedecke far exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend them for any future remodeling projects.

Our first time working with Goedecke was fabulous! We needed a craftsman to install a kitchen tile floor and back splash for our remodel kitchen project. Chris, the craftsman, was assigned to our job. He, and the support he received from Goedecke, was outstanding. The project was completed on schedule. Chris is a true perfectionist in his trade, but also, one terrific person!! Our next planned project is a bathroom remodel. We certainly will employ Goedecke, and Chris, to do it.

Steve, Chris and Herb did a fabulous job with my bathroom, these are the kind of professionals and experts that you can really rely on. They are personable and detailed, they make sure that you are happy with the results. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is remodeling or any type of project. I also have worked with most of the designers at Goedecke, and when it comes to design, they know what they are doing. These are the kind of experts and professionals you can trust if you want your project done right the first time.

We just completed a bathroom remodel including a custom tile shower, heated tile floor, new quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, and a new walk-in closet. The project took about 6 weeks and came out beautifully. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The craftsmen who install tile and do the carpentry and painting for Goedecke treat your house like it is their own. They take extreme pride in their work and it shows. The designer we worked with (Colette) and the project manager (Mike) were also top notch and kept us in the loop every day about the schedule and what was happening next. Now that the master bath is looking so nice, we plan to install hardwood floors in the master bedroom and we will absolutely use Goedecke for that project as well.

I had a definite 5 star experience when we chose Goedecke Flooring & Design to help with our kitchen floor replacement. From the expansive showroom with countless options and knowledgeable sales staff to the meticulous installer that completed what I thought was a tricky custom job, we were very pleased. I look forward to using them for replacing our countertop next and know it will be a satisfying experience.

We had a total kitchen renovation as well as new shower and countertop put in a bathroom. The job took about 7 weeks to complete. The Goedecke folks were a pleasure to work with! Any question or concern I had was addressed immediately! Jeannine, our designer was so easy to work with and has a great eye for design! Mike, the Project Manager was on top of everything and even provided me with an app so I could be in contact with him while we were in Ireland for a wedding! I LOVE my kitchen and bath and get many compliments on the quality and beauty of both. Right now we are finishing up with window treatments, reupholstering a chair and ottoman and cushions for the bench and kitchen stools. I get to work with Jeannine again and Amy on this project! Thank you all for creating a warm and inviting kitchen for our family and friends to enjoy for years to come!!
