Mir Sultan Oriental Rugs

My wife and I had a great experience at Mir Sultan. The staff was very polite and answered all of our (many) questions. We purchased a beautiful Moroccan rug and we're very happy with it. I have no reservations recommending them!

My mother tried twice to give Mir Sultan her money (to get two rugs cleaned). She called ahead and asked when the store was open and confirmed they opened at 10. She showed up at 11. Empty, locked, lights off. She rolled her eyes and left. She called later and was told, “Oh l came in late.” She confirmed that they would be open the next day at 10am, said she would be there at 10. She showed up at 10am to a closed store and left at 10:15. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. She gave them a second chance and they wasted it. Not worthy of her money, as they clearly don’t want it.
