Our truck had extensive damage from a tree. Other places turned the truck away or had no estimate on how long it would take. The second I got on the phone with Emily, I knew we wanted to go with Committed Collision to fix the truck. She was personable, knowledgeable and honest. She gave constant email updates and pictures along the way and communicated all of our concerns to the team. Billy, Derek and crew worked really hard to get our truck back to the way it was...it even looked better then when we bought it. These guys did a lot of work and really wanted to make sure we were happy. We were very happy and we really appreciated it. Thanks so much guys!

I wish I could give 10 stars! EVERYONE at Committed Collision was amazing to work with, from the moment I called after I hit a deer and obliterated the front end of my Mercedes, to dropping it off, being kept in the loop with the status of where they were at in the process, to picking it up. The car looks BRAND NEW outside and inside. I truly wish ALL businesses offered this level of customer service, pride in their work and professionalism that the entire staff at CC offers, and anyone who knows me that reads this will know that this business is the BOMB because I am a rough critic. I without a doubt recommend CC to everyone!

The ENTIRE team made an unfortunate incident when my vehicle was hit as painless to rectify as possible. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure repairs were covered and complete. The work was done in the time frame promised and they kept me informed the entire time. Wonderfully trustworthy, and despite hoping I won't need them again, I'm glad to know where I'll go first if I ever do!!

I had my car brought here after getting in an accident, and even though it ended up totaled, everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. They were very efficient and had great communication. Emily especially was so understanding and kind. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone dealing with a car that's been in an accident.

I could NOT be happier about the service I got at Committed Collision in North Hampton, where Progressive nudged me after a minor accident.

I was skeptical, because I had never heard of the company, but the entire staff, particularly (names withheld for privacy) were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional on every level, and the vehicle came back virtually detailed. And, another member of the staff cheerfully helped me while I was waiting to get on the schedule with a minor repair that we hadn't noticed during the initial assessment. I'm not eager to have to go back, of course, but if I ever have another fender-bender, there is no question about where I'll bring my car.

I'll give them an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

They went above and beyond on the repairs to make sure the replaced parts blended perfectly. We hope we don’t see them again soon, but know that we’ll be in great hands when we do.

Great customer service worked with us and insurance to prevent my car from being totaled. They did a beautiful job repairing it and repainting it. It was also detailed inside and out before we picked her up.

I got into a fender bender with my 2021 Honda and these folks were the best. Super fast and informative. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and made sure I had all the info I needed. I was able to get a rental right there and they fixed me up with a Tesla which was fun. When you get in an accident it is never a great experience but this was as great as an experience you can get when getting into an accident. They also detailed my car!

I did some research before selecting Committed for a door repair. They turned out to beat my expectations. Sam was wonderful. She explained the timeframe, gave me an idea of what might need to be replaced and kept in contact with me the entire time. The work that was done looked superb, as in, you'd never know there was any damage. They also thoroughly cleaned the entire car before returning it back to me.

A bonus is that there is a Hertz rental facility in the same building, so if your insurance covers a rental, you're all set.

In summary, I would highly recommend this company. They truly care about their customers and are extremely talented.

I backed into my husband's tractor (typical New Hampshire story) and got some minor damage to my rear bumper. I saw that Committed Collision had incredible reviews, so I brought it by to have a quote. A portion of my bumper had popped out of its place, and there was a fair amount of scratching and denting in one corner. They helped me understand what parts would need to be replaced if I wanted a fresh (not-dented) bumper. I ultimately ended up deciding to live with the scratches and dents. But they didn't let me leave the lot until they had re-aligned and re-secured my bumper into its original position. Because aligning and banging it back into place only took them a few minutes, they didn't even charge me a dollar. Highly, highly recommend this collision center. The whole experience felt like taking my car to a trusted friend. I hope I never hit another tractor, but if I do, I would absolutely take my car here. Thank you, Committed Collision!

My car was irreparable and they let me know ASAP. They were communicative and went well beyond their role in helping me push back on my insurance company’s very prohibitive and slow, unfair claims process. I’m grateful for their help when no one else could or would help. I hope I never have another collision, but they’d be my choice in that instance.

What does a locally owned business offer that corporations don’t? Real customer service. I picked up my beautifully repaired car from a deer collision and discovered soon after the check engine light was on. That issue wasn’t really related to my accident which was primarily on the left side of my car. I called with my concern and was met by their friendly staff and the owner, who proceeded to show me the various scan codes done before and after my repairs and the likelihood the check engine light was unrelated to the repairs. Nonetheless he was determined to help, took my car for a drive and brought it back filled up with premium gas. He devoted more than an hour to helping me, talked to a trusted local mechanic, ordered a knock sensor and paid for a rental car for the day so I didn’t have to wait. This sensor will be replaced not be because it was definitely related to my accident, but because this shop wanted to be sure I’m taken care of. If there is even a possibility that it was related they were going to take care of it. The detailing they did to clean up my car when I picked it up last week was the best I’ve ever had, also no charge. Top level customer service at Committed Collision. Don’t be surprised if supply chain problems mean your car is there for a long time, it’s not their fault.

I have been using Committed for my family’s vehicle repairs for years. The quality of work is excellent and their customer service is top notch. I’ve dealt with many of the same great people there over the years and think that employee retention says a lot about how well a business is run from the top down.

I was rear ended by a national grid truck, in a car that was passed down to me & I had only driven a few times. I am so glad I found committed Collision through my insurance. There was a lot of work that needed to be done (about $10,000 worth) & during the holiday season, I was surprised at how quick and smooth it all went. On top of their amazing Google review I had about 50 Hampton locals say how amazing the shop is. They kept me informed on everything that was happening with each step of my car. The owner even called me during off hours to let me know the car was completed. From the experience I had I can definitely say the owner 100% cares about the safety and quality of the cars they repair. There is also a guarantee through them & my insurance for the life of the car (as long as I'm the owner) of any repairs they made. I would definitely go back if I'm unfortunate enough to get in another accident. They definitely live up to their reviews!!

I am blown away by my experience at committed collision! I had gotten into my first accident ever a few weeks ago, my insurance company had suggested committee collision for my repairs and they have gone above and beyond. I just received my car and it looks brand new, the inside was detailed and the service was outstanding. I had some fender bender work done on the rear end of my Jeep Liberty last week. The shop did amazing work! They pay attention to the smallest details. The paint matched perfectly, the lines were smooth, it looks like it came from the factory new. Even the interior was clean like it hasn't been in years. (That's what I get for having kids!) The office was great at going through the process with me as well as keeping me informed of what was going on. I hope I never need them again but if I do, it's a no brainer who I will call. I highly recommend them!
