Saturday afternoon, Mike the was the only one working. There were about 20 people in the store. He helped everyone out with their individual needs. I had a return item that had a time limit on it. I had five Jeep rims to send out. No small task and the company only sent me one return tag. Mike made sure my items got packaged up and out that day. I am very greatful for the way he handled everything that day.

Needed to return a package. It was busy, but the worker was very nice. He got me through the return process pretty quickly. Knew what he was doing.

I went here to pick up a delivery I had missed. Took two seconds!

I had a package get delivered to the wrong house, I called and they got back to me quickly and kindly, and tracked down the package and got it back to me

Our service has been excellent. We had a young woman delivering. She was pleasant & friendly. The dogs knew her and were always glad to see her. Recently, they reassigned her to some other route. The whole neighborhood misses her. How do we get her back?

Oh my goodness, these ladies saved me! I appreciate their willingness to locate a time-sensitive package for me. Also, be nice to all service employees. They deserve your respect and kindness.

Quick and easy, and the employee I worked with was very helpful. I was using a pre-paid label, but didn't have an envelope. I really appreciate being able to use theirs without having to buy it!

The gentleman who delivered my shipment today (involving his semi truck and a large pallet of items) was very kind and patient despite the fact that I had ordered using my company's old address. (We have recently moved.) The shipping company had two numbers of our phone number wrong, so this gentleman had a heck of a time finding us, and I was impressed with how helpful he was. I don't know his name, but he deserves some kudos for going above and beyond. Safe travels, sir.

this is by far the greatest fedex ship center around. whoever was helping me at first didn't seem to know what was going on (which is okay). luckily someone special came to save the day. Christian was so helpful and he was very patient with me too. not only that, but he is SUCH a cutie too! keep up the great work christian! i really enjoyed working with you :)

i'll be going back for obvious reasons

I was at a different location for hours trying to send a package to Canada. the store manager was unable to help but directed us to this location and Troy here deserves a raise for being able to help us. A+ 5star service.

I am forever grateful for you all. I missed the 1st delivery of my mothers hospice comfort meds yesterday, and in the 1 hr break I have, I went to pick them up in the office today only to realize they were out for delivery again. Yep, I missed it again and frantic knowing these are what my mother needs for her comfort. The very kind gentleman at the counter, offered to take my number to coordinate this delivery...and your driver, bless him, found me off route, to deliver this precious package of relief. Thank you isnt enough...

I was a bit over excited when I stopped in to pick up my package that couldn't be delivered at my home.

The staff were kind and helped me find my package within a few minutes I was gone with my package very happy.
